We embarked on a 9-day private safari with Safari Soles, and it was an unforgettable experience. The itinerary seamlessly blended cultural insights into local life in Tanzania with the wildlife encounters we had envisioned in our dreams. From the majestic elephants and leopards nestled in the trees of Tarangire to the captivating night game drives at Lake Manyara and the vast expanses of the Serengeti, each leg of the journey was a breathtaking adventure. Our drivers, Alli and Omar, demonstrated exceptional experience, skillfully spotting every creature we had imagined with great sensitivity. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone!
In between, the Wildlife Experience was further enriched by cultural bike and walking tours, providing us with a profound understanding of local life. Undoubtedly, this was a vacation that will linger in our memories for the rest of our lives.

We had a short safari with our 5 year old boy who loves animals but easily gets carsick. For us the relatively short trip to as Nyerere National Park was perfect. We saw lots of animals. And enjoyed the swimming pool in the evenings at Selous Safari Lodge.
Then we had one week in beautiful Zanzibar.
Everywhere people were friendly and hospitable.
Our contact, Salumu from Uwanda Tours And Safaris, was very helpful in every way!
We will definitely go back to Tanzania.

We visited Tanzania in November 2023. We purchased a 5-day safari. We started in Lake Manyara, continued to the Serengeti and ended in Ngorongoro. I must say that Tanzania exceeded all my expectations. We have seen an incredible great migration. Hundreds and hundreds of zebras and wildebeests, every day and always in a different place. We saw a cheetah a few times and were lucky enough to see a leopard. Elephants were literally at every step. Herds consisting of tens of members. Unbelievable beauty. My partner and I like big animals, so our guide focused on lions. We must have seen more than 50 of them. For example, there are 5 packs living in Ngorongoro and we saw 3 of them. Hippos, giraffes, impalas, etc. It was simply a fairy tale. At first I wasn't excited about a day at Lake Manyara, but this park was also exceptional. Different from the Serengeti and I'm thankful we visited it. The people in Tanzania were incredibly kind and humble. They wanted to help us with everything

and were grateful that we chose Tanzania for our vacation. Maasai children standing by the roadside herding goats and cows. Some of them were begging for food. That made us sad. It's a shame we didn't have a bigger supply so we could give something to everyone.
I can only recommend our agency Soul of Tanzania with guide Arnoldi. Everything went according to plan and we had really first class care. Arnoldi tried to fulfill our every wish. If you go to Tanzania or Africa next time, definitely with them. Thank you so much for a great experience from start to finish!

Mikumi Park was excellent land and the people was so kind. Camp Bastian was our accommodation and was also fantastic, cleanliness, food and location. The weather was excellent in November, about 22 degrees in Mikumi, but from dar es salaam to Mikumi was terrible weather to much rain and the road a little bit dangerous because lot of trucks. But it’s worth. Thank you our guides Sebastian and Moja Matata from Safari Moja Matata.

3 magical days between Serengeti and Ngorgoro Park, everything was perfect, we will come back. There were 2 of us in the 4x4 and our guide took the time to show us these majestic places. Safina contacted us every day during the safari to find out if everything was going well. Thanks you very much for these memorable moments.

We went to Tarangirie National Park and Ngorongoro Crater with Diana Tanzania Safaris and it was incredible. Diana and her guides took great care of us. It's a lot of driving, but it's worth it for the wildlife and scenery. Be careful not to drink the water or swim in pools, but otherwise love love loved it.

I went to Tanzania to see the wildlife. I enjoyed it very much. Top notch.
Among other things (big five, etc.) our guide managed to show us a successful leopard hunt and a lion fight (as the guide explained, someone entered a foreign territory)!
For those who choose a safari with camping, please note that not all campsites have hot water and toilet paper.

Whether you're into wildlife or not, I think this is a trip that everyone should at least experience once in their lifetime. It makes you realize how "small" we can be in this world. Everything about our trip was amazing from Ngorongoro to Serengeti to Zanzibar. We were able to experience the big 5, with moderate crowds, and great weather.
