Unbeatable wildlife
Maasai Mara, lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha were amazing. Saw almost everything we wanted to see besides a leopard. Sadly driving through towns and cities, it does not seem like much of the money generated from so much tourism is used to improve the livelihoods of locals. However, locals were very friendly and all spoke great English

Beautiful
We went to Kenya for our honeymoon and did a 6 day safari to the Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli. The weather was perfect in early September, we didn't experience any rain until the very end of our trip when we were in Mombasa. It wasn't too hot during the game drives during that time but a bit chilly in the morning so we brought a light sweater to layer. The people are so nice and willing to help wherever needed, although it is advisable to be cautious when in crowded places in Nairobi or Mombasa since there may be pickpockets. We didn't experience this, although we were cautious in the cities. We saw so many animals when we did our safari and our local tour operator was great in making sure our trip met our expectations. Accommodation is varied, as you can go as budget as you want or as luxurious as you want. We went mid-range and we thought it was worth it. Overall I would highly recommend Kenya as a vacation destination.

Best experience of our lives
We had the best safari experience ever. We went for 6 days safari to Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli and it was absolutely amazing. We were extremely lucky with our guide, George. He was absolutely perfect. He made sure we had the best experience ever, going above and beyond to make sure we could see as many animals as possible, while always ensuring we were happy. This has been the best decision we've ever made and the experience wouldn't have been the same without George!!!

Amazing wildlife in Samburu
From the minute we arrived we were treated to an amazing array of wildlife. Each day was perfect.
