We relied on this agency, thanks to an Italian friend of mine who had already had experience with them and we were very, very happy with them. I booked in advance from Italy and paid a 50% deposit. I asked not to sleep in tents with sleeping bags, but I wanted more comfortable tents with a bathroom, and they accommodated all my requests with an excellent quote! Our family, ranging from 7 to 70, had an unforgettable safari experience with two amazing guides in separate Land Cruisers. Shaban and his colleague were fantastic, both knowledgeable and attentive, making sure everyone was engaged and comfortable. With two vehicles, we had the perfect balance of personal space and the ability to share exciting wildlife sightings in real time. From lions to elephants, the animals were breathtaking up close. The service was exceptional, the lodges were stunning, and the meals were delicious.
