Oh my, what a spectacular trip, full of wonder filled days and lifetime memories! Leadwood Holidays and our tour guide, John Phillpo did an outstanding job to make this an "out of this world" experience for us.
From the moment he picked us up to our departure, he was always there for us ...thinking ahead to our every need. John's tracking skills are superb (as an example, he tracked down a leopard that had escaped others attempts). Each day gave us a new and exciting memory. We often heard from other guides that John was truly the absolute best in the industry (having mentored or taught others) and we were privileged to experience it.
We had been on a safari before (which was grand), but John far surpassed our previous time and made this exceptional!

The best tour operator we could have asked for! Every day truly blew our minds
The tour was absolutely amazing. Topy tours were very flexible with us when booking the tour and provided us with a lot of different options to choose the tour that suited us best. All the accommodation was very nice with really good food, nice rooms and bathrooms throughout. What really made the tour special was our guide, Ben. Not only was he extremely nice and made an effort to make us feel welcome and friends with him but he was also very knowledgable and always keen to share his knowledge. Above all Ben went the extra mile to help us find the most amount of animals possible. We were truly blown away each and every day of the tour with the nature and animals we saw. I couldn’t recommend Topy tours enough and will be advising anyone I know who plans to go on safari to book through Topy.

Best safari experience
I was picked up in the morning to the main meeting point, after which we drove to masai Mara. This was one of the best experiences in my life, we saw 4 of the big 5’s (including the black rhino!) in only 2 days thanks to our experienced guide Andrew. Would definitly recommend asking for him specifically if you book through Axils .

Dream to work with!
We had the experience of a lifetime. From the booking process with Titus to the actual trip with our driver and guide, Richard, it was seamless and joyful from start to finish.
Titus was prompt with his responses, explained everything in detail, and patiently answered the many questions I had throughout the booking process.
Richard was our driver and guide for the journey from Nairobi to Nakuru and the Masai Mara, and back to Nairobi. He’s a pleasant, calm, and incredibly knowledgeable man — his driving was excellent and his knowledge of the animals was outstanding. By the time he dropped us back at our hotel in Nairobi, it felt like we’d known him forever; he made us feel so comfortable throughout the trip, and saying goodbye was genuinely hard.
The hotels were excellent, and we saw so many animals we lost count! We also added on the Hot Air Balloon experience, which was another unforgettable highlight — floating over the Masai Mara at sunrise, spotting animals from above. My 10-year-old son absolutely loved it.
I cannot recommend this trip enough. Go for it — you’ll have the most incredible time and come home with memories you’ll never forget!

We had a wonderful 6-day Kenya safari (17th–22nd July) with Extramiles Unique Adventures, covering Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, and Amboseli National Park.
We arrived in Nairobi on the afternoon of 17th July and started our safari soon after. During the trip, we were fortunate to see an incredible variety of wildlife, including many iconic African animals. Each destination had its own unique beauty, and the game drives offered plenty of memorable sightings.
A special thanks to Simon, who coordinated our safari. He was responsive, helpful, and ensured everything was arranged smoothly from the planning stage until the end of the trip.
Our guide, Chris, was friendly, punctual, and helped us explore the parks comfortably. He shared useful information about the wildlife and made sure we had good opportunities to spot animals throughout the safari.
Overall, the itinerary was well planned, the accommodations were comfortable, and the experience was enjoyable from start to finish.

The trip was amazing from start to finish with the star of the show being our guide from Axis called Ahmed. He was an excellent, safety co avios driver and extremely knowledgeable about Kenya, its people and wildlife. Genuinely made the trip one of the best we’ve done anywhere in the world.

Tanzanian wilderness loop with our clan
Booking a 4-day wilderness expedition across Lake Manyara and the Serengeti highlands with children felt daunting, yet the whole journey unfolded smoothly. Our six-member squad shared an extended vehicle driven by Jeremy, whose tracking skills led us straight into sight of resting cheetahs, towering giraffes, and hippos cooling off near marshlands. Having built-in power sockets preserved our devices, while the onboard cooler provided refreshing beverages during warm afternoons. Lodging selections offered delicious dinners and peaceful rest throughout our stay. Excellent coordination altogether!
