The tour operator with the best guides for Mount Kenya trips!!
5/5

We booked a 4-day Mount Kenya trekking from Sirimon gate to Chogoria gate. We are inexperienced hikers and never reached more than 3000m - so climbing up to 5000m seemed like a real challenge for us. Thanks to the best guides Jimmy and Eric and all the amazing other staff we managed to reach the summit in combination with a great time. Everything was organised very well and it is impressive how good food the chef could make above 4000m. The scenery’s at Mount Kenya are unique and extremely beautiful. We have learned so much about nature, hiking at altitude and in general about Kenya. Because of the high altitude we went up the mountain ‘pole pole’ (slow), with the pace set by Jimmy or Eric. Jimmy also helper us out with any problems that occured during the trip - painkilling spray for my knee pain, Medication for stomach problem and advice on Nausea.

All by all I would recommend anyone with OK fitness levels to give this wholesome experience a try.

I booked Masai Mara tour with Jungleroam. Everything is arranged smoothly and seamlessly, from the pickup to drop off in Nairobi. Sankale camp, the campsite I stayed is pretty standard. It is clean and comfortable. Foods are well prepared and hot shower is available. A special thanks to my tour guide, Raheem for the Masai Mara game drive. He took his best effort to chase after as many wildlife as possible. I’m able to spot big five except for rhino, which is very rare in Masai Mara. Raheem always able to find the best spot, and I managed to capture many nice pictures of those wildlife. It’s a very pleasant trip!

Well-organized, comfortable, value-for-money, and highly personalized experience by JungleRoam
5/5

We recently concluded a 5-day private safari covering Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Lake Naivasha in December 26th-30th 2025, beautifully arranged by Jungle Roam Safaris, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. We were travelling as a family with our aged parents, and the entire trip was handled with great care, comfort, and professionalism.

During the safari, we spent four nights in total- two nights at Sankale Camp, one night at Buraha Zenoni, and one night at Chambai Safari Camp. All the accommodations were well-selected, comfortable, and conveniently located, making our journey both relaxing and enjoyable.

A special mention must go to our guide, Jeff, who was absolutely terrific throughout the journey. His deep knowledge of wildlife, geography, and local insights truly elevated our safari experience. Our successful sightings of cheetahs in Masai Mara and rhinos in Lake Nakuru were largely due to his expertise and the excellent coordination he maintained with fellow guides via radio communication. He was always attentive to our parents’ comfort and adjusted the pace whenever required, which we genuinely appreciated.
I must also acknowledge that, as guests, we were not the easiest group to manage, especially while travelling with elderly family members, but Jeff accommodated all our requests patiently and without any hesitation, always maintaining a positive and reassuring attitude.

A special thanks to Mike from Jungle Roam Safaris, who was extremely responsive throughout the planning phase. He promptly addressed all my queries, shared valuable insights, and even went the extra mile to assist with booking our train tickets from Mombasa to Nairobi, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free.
Additionally, the pricing offered by Jungle Roam Safaris was very competitive and comparatively more affordable than other safari agencies, without any compromise on service quality or experience.
Overall, Jungle Roam Safaris delivered a well-organized, comfortable, value-for-money, and highly personalized safari experience.
Highly recommended! 🌍🦁🐘

Care and knowledge
5/5

We had a fantastic safari with Benjamin from Lion King Adventures. We visited Tarangire, Ndutu, Ngorongoro and Manyara over a 5-day drive. We saw the big five and it seems like all the other major animals during the safari - a lot of giraffes and also cheetahs, hippos, hyenas, zebras, ostriches and an endless stream of wildebeest.

Benjamin is an amazing guide, he was always giving us information about the flora and fauna around us, but also about Tanzania in general, the local customs and day-to-day life. He also had an answer ready for any of our questions. A large portion of the safari is off-road driving which is challenging, but Benjamin is an excellent driver and passed parts of the road where other cars had difficulties without us really noticing.

The accommodations were all very cozy and extremely welcoming, especially the tent camp in Ndutu where there was a New Years cake on Jan 1 which was a small celebration in itself with a song. And an elephant walked (safely) through the camp at night which was an unforgettable experience.

Overall we’re extremely happy with our first safari and we hope this is the first of many!

three-day trip from Arusha to Lake Natron
5/5

My family and I took a three-day trip from Arusha to Lake Natron. Ola was a fantastic guide, professional, helpful, but above all he became a friend! We did several daily trips and he always made himself available and participated in the various activities, creating a wonderful relationship with us and sharing moments of joy. Thanks again to him and his company for making these three days perfect!

Reliable, trustworthy, flexible, supportive and caring.
5/5

I have chosen Wild Uganda because I liked the program they offered and asked them to extend it to more days. The communication with Ernest was excellent since the very beginning. Flight operator changed our plans, even twice, flight was postponed by one day, and it was not a problem for Wild Uganda to adjust our programe accordingly. Ernest was extremely helpful throughout the whole time and always on what’s up. Then we met our guide Kasim, an excellent young man who made our trip to Uganda unforgettable. We traveled together for 16 days, enjoyed every single minute, laughed a lot, got to know many new information, seen magnificent gorillas, and so many other animals on our game drives and wonderful walking safaris as well as incredible nature and people. It was a wonderful trip we never forget. Wild Uganda is top.

Well organized trip
5/5

We booked a mid-range private five days four nights trip starting in December 2025 and ending on the 1st January 2026. Our first stop was Masai Mara (2 nights), afterwards we drove to Lake Nakuru (1 night) and finally finished our trip at Amboseli National Park (1 night). The communication via mail and whatsapp with Patricia was very easy going and transparent from the start. First we needed to pay a deposit of 30%, a month prior to our safari we payed the rest.
On our day of arrival our tour guide Duncan picked us up from the airport. Big shout out to Ducan since he gladly picked us up at 5 am (we landed at 3 am). After that we went straight zu Masai Mara National Park. In the following days we stayed at various Sopa Lodges (great food, very clean, amazing view at Sopa Lake Nakuru, magical at Sopa Amboseli) and Duncan did everything so that we could make the most out of our game drives. We felt safe the whole
time and were able to see a variety of animals and amazing landscapes. All in all a successful Safari.

Experienced, nice, friendly
5/5

The tour was well organized, we visited Tarangire and Ngorongoro National Parks. They organized the flight tickets, acomodations and the entrances. The guide was very noce and experienced, the tour was great and informative.
The parks are full with animals, you will see a lot of different species. We did the big 5 in these to parks.

Only improvement potential is to share more information about the agenda/tour plan: when will be stops with toilet options. When you are in the car the whole day, it would be nice to know.

Overall great experience, good value for money

I had the pleasure of traveling with Caleb during my recent safari in Kenya
5/5

I had the pleasure of traveling with Caleb during my recent safari in Kenya, and I can confidently say that he made the experience unforgettable. As a driver and guide, Caleb is exceptional in every way, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and passionate guide.

Firstly, Caleb’s driving skills are top-notch. The roads in Kenya can be challenging, especially on safari routes, but Caleb handled the vehicle with incredible skill and precision. His driving was not only smooth and comfortable but also extremely safe and stable, ensuring that we were always at ease while traveling on both rough and paved roads. He is clearly an experienced driver, able to navigate the terrain effortlessly while prioritizing the safety of everyone on board.

Caleb’s expertise as an animal specialist is equally impressive. He has a deep knowledge of Kenya’s wildlife and is an avid naturalist, making him an ideal guide for anyone interested in the animals and ecosystems of the region. During our safari, Caleb was quick to spot animals from afar, often before other guides had even noticed them. His keen eye and ability to identify animals from a distance meant that we were always among the first to arrive at an exciting sighting, allowing us to get the best views and take amazing photos. His passion for wildlife was evident in every interaction, and he shared fascinating facts about the animals, their behaviors, and their habitats, which made the whole experience even more enriching.

One of the things I appreciated most about Caleb was his communication. He speaks English very well, and his ability to explain complex information in a clear and engaging way made our trip even more enjoyable. Beyond his knowledge, Caleb’s warm and friendly demeanor made him a joy to be around. He was always enthusiastic, upbeat, and had a calm, positive attitude, even in challenging situations. His ability to stay composed and professional, especially when dealing with any unexpected situations or local issues, helped us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our journey.

Additionally, Caleb went above and beyond to assist with any local matters that arose during our trip. Whether it was helping us communicate with local vendors or offering advice on navigating certain cultural situations, Caleb was always there to lend a hand. His knowledge of the local area, its people, and its customs was invaluable, making our safari not only a wildlife adventure but also a cultural exploration.

In conclusion, Caleb is a fantastic driver and guide whose professionalism, expertise, and warmth made our safari experience truly special. If you are planning a trip to Kenya and want a knowledgeable, safe, and friendly guide, look no further than Caleb. He will ensure that you have an unforgettable and seamless experience.

Fantastic 7 Day Safari Across Kenya
5/5

Great value for money on this 7 day safari covering Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru/Naivasha, Amboseli and Hell’s Gate. Our booking agent Phillip was always willing to answer any questions in advance of our trip, and made our booking experience easy and efficient. Our driver Raymond was very knowledgeable about the animals and environments we saw, and very communicative about our itinerary each day. Would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for a safari experience across Kenya. Everything from accommodations to meals and optional activities exceeded all expectations.
