A responsive, knowledgeable, solid company.
Out of the gate Joseph was extremely responsive. Even with the time difference between the US and Kenya he was always quick to get back to me. He eased any concerns my wife and I had as well.
Our guide Nickson was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about each of the animals and areas of all the parks we went to. He was impressively quick to spot and name the animals from a distance. We saw the big 5, as well as the ugly 5 which we learned about on the drive. He efficiently got us to and from the parks. Would recommend to anyone looking to properly see the parks and drives to and from.

A fantastic guide to help see the big five!
Apex Felidae Expeditions was great for our first African safari! Our guide, Nickson, was extremely knowledgeable about the animals, ecosystem, and history of Kenya and the Masai Mara. He was excellent in helping guide us to the big five and navigate our time on safari. We can’t wait to come back!

We had our very first safari with Eric as our guide, and we were incredibly lucky to have him!
From the very beginning of the booking process, we felt well taken care of. We received a helpful packing list and experienced excellent customer service throughout, with the opportunity to reach out at any time with questions.
We felt very confident choosing Vision Safari Tours. Among the different safari companies we considered, they really stood out because of their exceptional customer service and the great value for money they offered.
Our safari started with a pickup in Arusha, followed by a drive to the meeting point where our group came together. We were incredibly lucky with our group and ended up becoming really good friends with the other people on the safari. This made the experience even more magical!
From the very beginning, Eric was extremely service-minded, calm and professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. There wasn't a single question he couldn't answer! He was excellent at locating animals through communication with the other guides, but also relied on his extensive knowledge of wildlife and animal behaviour.
We were incredibly fortunate to see the Big Five, but we also encountered so many other amazing animals, both large and small.
Eric was also very respectful when approaching the animals. He knew how to get us close enough to enjoy incredible sightings while always maintaining a respectful distance and making sure not to disturb them. This was extremely important to us, and it was wonderful to see how deeply he respected the animals and their natural environment.
Throughout the safari, we enjoyed delicious meals, and on our first night we stayed in a lodge rather than camping because the grass in the Serengeti was not yet ready for camping. We were given the lodge at no additional cost, which was a lovely gesture.
We had the most magical and unforgettable first safari, and we're almost worried that Eric has set the bar so high that it will be difficult to top next time!

A highly professional safari operator that exceeded all our expectations.
Our experience with Fuhara Safaris exceeded our expectations in every way. Communication was excellent throughout the entire trip: everything was clearly communicated, timings were precise, and even during our free time, the team regularly checked in to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. We always felt well looked after and could rely on everything being well organised.
We were also pleasantly surprised that the tour was private, with just the two of us. This made the experience particularly special, as we could explore at our own pace and our individual interests and wishes were always taken into account.
Our guide, Delight, was truly excellent. He was highly experienced, incredibly knowledgeable and shared so many interesting facts and insights with us throughout the trip. He also made us feel completely at ease, and his experience and passion for the places and wildlife we visited added so much to the overall experience. The local guides we met along the way added another special and authentic perspective to the places we visited.
One of the biggest highlights was the remote camp in the Okavango Delta. Our local guide had been born and raised there and shared fascinating stories about his childhood, the way he used to live and how the area has changed over time. We also loved the evening of traditional dancing and singing, where we were warmly included and made to feel genuinely welcome without anything feeling staged or artificial.
When we had an issue with the vehicle during one of our game drives in Chobe, Fuhara handled the situation quickly and reliably by arranging another drive for us with an excellent driver and guide. This was a great example of their professionalism and reliability.
The wildlife and landscapes we experienced throughout the tour were simply incredible. We never imagined we would see elephants in such large numbers and get to experience them from so close.
After the tour, we stayed on in Victoria Falls for a few extra days and were also able to book additional activities through Fuhara, including a helicopter flight and a rhino safari in Zambia. Overall, the tour offered excellent value for money and was exceptionally well organised. We are very grateful for this unforgettable experience and would not hesitate to recommend Fuhara Safaris.

Unforgettable trip - Tanzania combined with a stay in Zanzibar.
We booked an 11-day safari in Tanzania followed by seven relaxing days in Zanzibar with Get Together Adventures as a married couple in August 2026, and we were extremely satisfied with the entire experience.
The organization was excellent from start to finish. The itinerary was planned flexibly according to our wishes, and all our questions were answered very quickly. The booking process and overall arrangements went smoothly, and communication was always easy and reliable. When one of our transfers did not arrive on time, the team was immediately reachable and found a quick and effective solution.
All of the accommodations were comfortable and well located. Our safari guide Joseph was particularly outstanding: he was flexible and attentive to our needs as hobby photographer, highly knowledgeable about the wildlife, and well connected with other guides. He was also a very good and reliable driver, which made us feel safe throughout the safari.
We had an unforgettable trip and would gladly recommend Get Together Adventures to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania combined with a stay in Zanzibar.

It was delightful!
Everything with fuhara worked out very smoothly, from pick up at the airport until the last day. Our guide was always available and knew what he was doing. He organised an extra safari just for us, because one of our safari went a bit wrong. He borrowed us money when we had a problem with payment. Also the people at Fuhara office helped us out. Overall was it a great trip, I will remember my whole life. Definitely worth every dollar/euro.
