Absolutely great journey, Hakuna Matata!
Family trip to include my better half, two boys (8 &12th) and myself.
Our guide Ahmad was devoted to us, ( he knows the animals and the way they lives), already on time from the pick up, very knowledgeable, and a safe driver.
We traveled from the 20th to 24th of October to Nyerere National Park (from Dar Es Salaam) and Mikumi National Park (lovely Bastian camp).

We had an unforgettable trip with friends. A year of planning and preparation went into putting together the trip with Malika Travel. They truly listened to what we wanted, and we made as much as possible. The result is a backpack full of beautiful moments. We said to each other every day, "This couldn't be better," but the next day brought another highlight, making everything so special. 3 Days in Lalibela with Dan Lalibela Tours
I had a fantastic 3 days with Daniel in Lalibela. He was extremely responsive by email and arranged everything including accommodation at the Harbe Hotel which was excellent. Despite several changes to my flight schedule and a late arrival he ensured we had plenty of time to see everything I wanted to see at a pace that worked for me. If I wanted to take some extra time somewhere or needed a break he was completely open to making sure I was happy before we moved on. He has an incredible knowledge of the history of the area but allows you to spend time inside the churches in a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere but always nearby in case you have questions for him. If you have any interest in visiting Lalibela then I highly recommend you contact Daniel.

An Unforgettable Safari
We had an unforgettable safari in Tanzania, visiting Tarangire, Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro Crater. The landscapes were breathtaking, and we saw so many animals up close — lions, elephants, giraffes, and even a leopard! Our guide Jimmy was absolutely fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and always made sure we were comfortable and safe. He had an incredible eye for spotting wildlife and shared so many interesting facts about the parks and animals. This trip was a dream come true — highly recommended!

Abraham and his team are super professional and experienced.
We had the pleasure of an intimate safari and we hiked Mt Kilimanjaro with Lauwo Adventures. Everything was seamless. The safari was 3 nights and just enough time to see the Big Five and visit the crater. We stayed at a beautiful hotel at the top of a mountain. As for the hike, I am so so happy that we chose Lauwo Adventures. To take this journey with Abraham, who's grandfather was the first Tanzanian up the mountain, was something special. Abraham has guided visitors up this mountain hundreds of times. I knew i was in good hands. The porters were professional and attentive. We were successful because of the team that Lauwo Adventures has created. Lauwo Adventures team is like family. Abraham supports his team's personal goals and dreams just like he did mine. Thank you again so much for one of the most incredible experiences in my life. I will definitely be back one day so that I can volunteer with his foundation.

Amazing trip to Africa
I don’t have enough comment space to share all the ways in which Anya Jarvis at Pembury Tours made our recent trip to Africa in September 2025 completely seamless, stress free and absolutely over the top. Communication was always clear and timely. Our group consisted of eight adults ages 53-87 and she skillfully planned an itinerary that was great for all ages and abilities with opportunities for individualizing any free time for additional exploration. We started in South Africa, flew to Zimbabwe then off to Botswana for both bush and delta safari experiences. Airport attendants, drivers, accommodations and reservations (including a very last minute added hotel reservation and change in pick up plans due to a cancelled flight) were top notch. Her attention to detail and planning allowed us all to enjoy every moment instead of worrying about plans, transportation, etc. Would highly recommend and if I am fortunate enough to return to Africa will definitely be reaching out to Anya at Pembury Tours.

enjoyable ride back home
Our return journey from Pilanesberg to the hotel in Johannesburg went smoothly. Our driver Carson answered all our questions and told us exciting facts about South African traditions. One highlight was definitely that we were allowed to play our own music 😁
