The staff were so supportive from the beginning to the end. I would like to thank Joy. She was so nice and patient answering all my questions and made us feel very safe and reassured here. Also, a big thank you to my guide Geff. He was very professional and competent. He led us to find all the big cats, as well as black and white rhinos. This made our journey so meaningful and memorable. Thank you to the whole team. I will choose this agency when I come back to Kenya again, and I will also recommend it to my friends who plan a Kenya safari.

The guides made the trip even better.
Gervo, our guide in the west, was extremely knowledgeable and really brought the Tsingy and baobabs to life. Joushia, who guided us in Tana and the east, was warm, friendly and simply excellent. Eddy in Nosy Be also looked after us well and showed us all the cool spots of the islands. The food was good throughout, and the accommodations were well chosen and comfortable everywhere we stayed.
Every transfer and connection ran smoothly, and communication was quick and clear. We'd recommend "Soul of Madagascar" team without hesitation to anyone dreaming of exploring Madagascar.

Trip of a lifetime with Kelvin
Serengeti Clarity is the company you need to use for your African safari. I had the most amazing time this past week! My daughter told me it was amazing so I decided to come to Tanzania with her this time. During the game drives each day, Kelvin helped us spot animals and we always got the best view. He is such a great guide but even a better person. He made sure we had everything we needed. He bought me a Coke Zero with his on money. I recommend Serengeti Clarity and Kelvin for your trip.

Perfect trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar
In the run-up to our trip, we had frequent contact with Koen from Lazy Lion safaris. He always reacted very quickly and really thought along. The whole trip was perfectly organized. All beautiful accommodations in beautiful places. Our great driver/guide Elisante made our safari unforgettable with all his knowledge and brought us safely to the most beautiful places. Despite the rise in petrol prices, we did not had to pay anything extra at all. If you have plans to go to Tanzania, don't hesitate and choose Lazy Lion safaris instead of one of the big organizations.

How can I put this... I’m giving it 5 stars because you can’t give more than that...! I was in touch with Joël via WhatsApp for a year before going on this safari. Joël was outstanding in terms of his support, responsiveness, and kindness, and he clearly answered all my questions. When we arrived in Arusha, Joël was at our lodge to welcome us. We were then driven by Victor, our driver-guide for the entire duration of the safari, all the way back to the airport for our departure. Victor was also exceptionally professional, reliable, and kind—a careful driver who looked out for both his passengers and his 4x4. He took us absolutely everywhere we wanted to go and was able to spot animals hidden in the bush long before anyone else. Without him, we certainly wouldn’t have seen nearly as much. We came across many 4x4s from other tour operators during this safari (some of whom have a strong online presence and bill themselves as “Tanzania specialists”), but the flexibility offered by Joël and his team is unmatched.
In short, I recommend Chalema Tanzania Safari 200% if you don’t want to be tied down by a rigid schedule and if you want to be able to tailor your safari to your own pace while you’re there. Thank you, Joël; thank you, Victor. If we ever go on another safari, it’ll be with you.

Amazing Safari
Had an amazing 7-day safari with Papa John covering Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha, and Amboseli. He was an excellent driver and guide—professional, patient, knowledgeable, and always made sure we were comfortable and safe.
