Selous Safari exceeded our expectations. Nestor and his team was amazing guide.
We can´t thank to Nestor enough for everything he did for us, he was a caring guide, he tried his best for us to see all the animals in Nyerere park. We were prepared that we wouldn't see everything, that it was a matter of luck, but we did, and only thanks to Nestor. Thanks to Nestor, we have unforgettable experiences for a lifetime.
We really enjoyed not only the safari park in the car, but also the river boat and the morning walking tour with the bushman.
And our thanks also go to the team of workers at the camp who took excellent care of us, the food was excellent, the accommodation was modest but very clean and provided everything we needed.
If you, the next, future travelers, have similar principles as us - to share as much money as possible for the locals, choose Nestor and Selous Safari. You won't regret it. The services are excellent.

Incapable of correcting problems in a proffesional way
We went on a 7 day budget camping Safari with Makini. On day 1 we found out that the order of the parks had been changed, no one ever tolled us until we were already in the jeep. We booked a camping safari because we love camping and we were looking forward to camp for 4 days. The first day they brought us to a lodge without checking if that was okay with us. This happend again in day 4. The driver/chef were always late, this caused us to start the game drives very late (costs us valuable park time). The driver/guide lied to us about his experience, he said it was 3 years but really it was 9 months. When we contacted the company about this to ask for a partial refund (50-100 usd pp) they refused. They blamed us and told us that everything had been payed so they could not give us anything. They also said that we agreed to stay in a lodge : “you said you would like that”, that conversation never happened. After ignoring us for days (I called multiple times) they agreed to give us 25 usd pp, only 2,5% of what we payed for the safari!!! We refused to except this!

The Safari itself was sooo amazing. Would recommend this provider to everyone. They take good care of you and please all your wishes in the best way.
Duncan was the best guide ever.
He could answer any question about the culture of Kenya, the animals or any other topic. Strangers became friends.
If you wanna have a good time and enjoy the real Kenya and see hidden beautiful spots besides the Big 5 go with them.

Martin was the goat. So funny and the day went by so fast. He was very good at spotting animals and telling us a lot of information about them.

What an incredible experience!
We had an unforgettable safari experience across Tanzania, visiting Tarangire, Serengeti, Lake Eyasi, and Ngorongoro Crater. Our driver/guide Juma was exceptional, always punctual, a skilled driver, and incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife. His insights brought the trip to life.
From start to finish, Kilisa Tours and Safari did an excellent job organizing everything, making the whole journey smooth and stress-free. We stayed in beautiful, tented camps and lodges, immersing ourselves in nature.
The wildlife was breathtaking, with sightings of lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras, hyenas, baboons, vultures, flamingos, and thousands of wildebeest. And to top it all off, we were lucky enough to catch a rare glimpse of a leopard. It felt like being in a live nature documentary.
Juma’s expertise and Kilisa’s flawless planning made this safari one we’ll never forget.

The safari trip itself was an amazing adventure! We got to see so many different animals, and the entire experience was truly enjoyable from start to finish.
Our guide, Peter, was absolutely fantastic. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He helped us with everything we needed and always had an answer to every question, whether it was about the animals, the landscape, or the local culture. We really liked him and felt lucky to have him as our guide. Highly recommended!

Over the course of three days, I saw incredible animals and breathtaking landscapes. Everything was perfectly organized; they took care of me from start to finish.
Borys, the owner, was always responsive, answering messages promptly and doing everything possible to make sure I felt comfortable. The places where I stayed were very comfortable, and the food was also great.
The vehicle was extremely comfortable, stocked with drinks, wine, and snacks. The open roof and large windows made it easy to observe the animals in their natural environment.
I was lucky to have an excellent guide -Richard- who always went the extra mile to show me as much as possible — and on top of that, he was incredibly kind and a fantastic driver, which is not easy in these conditions.

Everything was very well organized and ran smoothly
We had a great experience on our safari trip with Best Time Adventure. Everything was very well organized and ran smoothly from start to finish. The team picked us up directly from our place and dropped us off afterward, which made the whole experience very comfortable and stress free.
