Friendly, efficient: Very good experience
We had a very good experience with this company and I would definitely recommend them. Firstly, the communication with Susan was excellent. She is very responsive over Whatsapp and really helped to navigate the organisation of our trip. We also got to meet her at the start and she was so friendly, caring and an absolute pleasure to be around. Professional, polite and always there to help and support. The safari jeep was fine. Good to have water available. It was comfortable and lots of space. There was an issue with the door one day, but the driver found a solution which did not stop us going on safari and spent his evening getting it fixed. John, our guide was excellent! Knowledgeable, kind, an excellent driver and got us to all the main sights. He was there for us, without being intrusive. We loved both Lake Nakuru and the Masai Mara. We saw all the big five and very close up. John was brilliant at getting us to the front when there were numerous jeeps trying to see an animal. The day in the Mara was a dream come true! I would give 5 starts, however the accommodation in Mara was not the best. We were booked on a mid range safari, so knew it would not be luxury, but it was much more basic than we were expecting. The lack of electricity at certain times was a challenge and the food was very simple. No places to really sit comfortably and unwind after a safari. The accommodation at Lake Nakuru was excellent. Overall, I think this is a very good company, who work hard to ensure you have a good safari experience.

Suricata offered an excellent private safari tour of 6 days for our family (2 + 3 daughters
It was an amazing experience in all aspects (well organized, beautiful safari and superb food) We had a private Safari tour of 6 days with my wife and 3 teenage daughters with basic camping in tents.
Guide and driver first two days was Amos and the next 4 days it was Gerald.
During all 6 days we had Samil as our cook.
Very special was the personal connection with guides and cook, their knowledge/stories about animals/nature/culture and their personal drive/effort and flexibility to do all to make it an unforgettable experience for us.
I would for 100% recommend Suricata, Amos, Samil and Gerard to everyone!!

I'm so lucky to have found Sara from Safari.com to curate the perfect Safari and overall vacation/experience/adventure. We decided to plan our Safari very last minute, and I luckily found Sara online. She responded within minutes, and we were immediately talking on the phone (even with the time difference!). She sent me multiple itineraries within a few hours with excellent choices and various different options and experiences. This was our first Safari, so we had a ton of questions about what to do and expect. Sara was constantly available to walk us through everything, asked such thoughtful questions to understand what we truly needed and wanted, and then created the perfect adventure for us. We loved every minute of it, and cannot wait to come back to Africa so Sara can plan our next trip.

After initial inquiries the communications were clear and the tour guide Richard was fabulous
First and foremost Richard our guide was really amazing made a lot effort to find the animals and get good spots to view. This no small feat given the competition to get spots with other vehicles. Always affable and accommodating Richard is an absolute gentleman. We had an amazing few days. Saw some amazing sights including a lion eating a buffalo!

Unforgettable week with Albert
Our week with Ozon Light Tours and Albert was perfect! We saw a lot of animals, and the accommodations were very good. Especially, Dove and Signature were excellent, but we enjoyed all of them.
Albert is a great guide. He knows so much about the animals and he is a great driver. Ozon Light Tours took an excellent care of us through out our journey. Everything went super smoothly.
Overall, we had a memorable week and we will definitely recommend Ozon Light’s services and Albert as a guide.

I recently went on a cruise in Victoria Falls, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! The views were spectacular, the atmosphere was serene, and the food, snacks, and drinks were excellent. The entire trip was perfectly executed.A special thank you to Arthur at ASM Travel for putting this together for me. His attention to detail and excellent planning made the entire experience seamless and worry-free. Expert, passionate, wonderful!
From the very first day, it was clear we were in expert hands. Lucas' knowledge of the wildlife is extraordinary, spotting animals before anyone else and always positioning us perfectly for sightings we can never forget. He is also a wonderful storyteller, answering each and every question accurately, patiently and with genuine enthusiasm. The suggestions about the extra experiences (night game drive, hot air balloon safari, camping among the animals) were spot on - just make sure to bring very warm clothes for the Ngorongoro camping, as it gets surprisingly cold! If you want a safari beyond the ordinary, with a guide dedicated to offering a life-changing experience, Lucas is the one for the job!
