A worthwhile experience
Our Masai Mara safari was an unforgettable experience, thanks largely to our driver and guide, Charles. He is an exceptionally skilled driver with a keen eye for wildlife and went above and beyond to locate animals for us. We were fortunate enough to see 4 of the Big Five, along with many other magnificent animals. Charles is currently a Silver Star guide, but based on our experience, he truly deserves a Gold Star rating.
The game drives and overall travel experience were excellent. Charles's dedication, knowledge, and persistence made the safari the highlight of our trip.
Unfortunately, the camp accommodation fell short of expectations. The toilet flush in our room didn't work initially, and the Wi-Fi was unavailable throughout our two-day stay. To the camp's credit, they promptly moved us to another room when we requested it. At dinner on the first night, the beef dish had already run out by the time we arrived, and we were offered an omelette instead.
Overall, I highly recommend this safari for the outstanding game drive experience and the professionalism of Charles. However, the accommodation and food quality need improvement to match the quality of the safari itself.

Accomodating
We had high hopes for our first, and maybe only, safari and Ukhozi exceeded them all. David goes out of his way to make it a memorable and exciting experience for all. He speaks several languages which really helps in getting around. We all agreed that the price of the trip was very reasonable considering the value. We did see the "big 5" in abundance and highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to do the same in presence of a pleasant and informative tour guide

We booked our 5 days Safari with JungleRoam and everything was perfect!!
Our guide, Elias, was simply amazing!!!
He is very well-prepared, kind and ready to meet our needs!
Thanks to his experience we managed to spotted the big 5 and so much more!
Thanks to him we were able to witness a herd of elephants crossing right in front of our eyes. It was simply unforgettable!!!

Serengeti Silence coordinated a perfect itinerary with ease, a 10/10 experience.
Serengeti Silence was a 10/10 experience for us with our travel, and we would absolutely use them again and recommend them to other travellers.
From start to finish, Diane coordinated our itinerary and trip in its entirety with ease. We gave Diane our travel dates and which national parks we wanted to visit, and Diane made the magic happen. The value for money was excellent, and when you stay with the lodges Serengeti Silence chooses, you see every cent is worth it. The staff at each location treat you as one of their own, the lodges are comfortable and provide fresh, tasty food. The staff were incredible accommodating and friendly. I knew if we had any questions or dramas, Diane would be available to assist.
Our tour guide was Reginald (Reggie), and he was incredible. He knew the parks back to front, the animal behaviour, and knew exactly where to go and how long to wait to ensure we had the best animal experiences possible. We were so fortunate to see the big 5 up close, but Reggie was constantly using the radio to know what was happening and where to take us. We loved having Reggie as our driver, and will definitely recommend Reggie to anyone looking for a 10/10 safari experience.
The only downside was our time came to an end. Thank you to Diane and Reggie for the most amazing and unforgettable experience. You won’t regret booking through this company!

Great organisation
The tour was great, they managed to merge two difrent safaris in one, adapting it to our wishes. We started at masai mara, and ended in Diani.

Excellent arrangement and guide
My overall experience was excellent. The Sales Manager Raymond had been very helpful and professional, providing me all the necessary information promptly. He responded to all my queries even at night or early in the morning. He helped me to plan a safari trip at a very reasonable price.
The guide Francis was super experienced and provided us thorough explanations about the wildlife. He is very knowledgeable and is very respectful of the animals and nature.
The cook Jeff did an excellent job too and we were always happy with his food.
Our safari was more than satisfactory, thanks to everyone involved.

lucky, excellent, catchy
When my guide first told me he had the personal phone numbers for every animal in Tanzania, I thought he was just joking around.
But when we were on our game drive in Northern Serengeti the next day, it felt real! We arrived at the riverbank, and literally, the wildebeests started crossing the river right at that moment—as if they had received an order! You have to know that seeing the Great Migration in early July is notoriously difficult; even if you find the herd, you usually have to wait for hours. But for us, the moment we pulled up, the crossing began! We even got to witness a few crocodiles taking down wildebeests in the middle of it. We saw everything we could possibly hope for. By the time we finished watching, the other group that started with us that morning hadn’t even arrived yet.
Thank you, David! You are a magical guide! I am a true believer now—you really do have the phone numbers for every animal in Tanzania! You weren't bragging; you’re the absolute best!
PS: For a guide with a "VIP contact list" for all the animals, checking off the Big Five is just standard procedure, so I won't even bore you with those details.
This African trip was worth every penny. We saw everything we came for and more—absolutely no regrets! Thanks again, David! You rock!

Amazing experience, highly recommend
We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-day Serengeti safari. Consolata gave us excellent advice and helped us plan a wonderful itinerary and great accommodations. The safari vehicle was fully stocked with drinks and thoughtfully equipped with soft cushions, which made a huge difference on the very bumpy rides. Highly recommended!
