If I could give Passionate Guides more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! This was hands down the best trip of our lives, and it exceeded every expectation we had.
From the moment we arrived until the day we had to say goodbye, every detail was handled flawlessly. Our guide Beatus was incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and passionate about Tanzania and its wildlife. His ability to spot animals was nothing short of amazing—we saw the Big Five and countless other incredible animals.
The accommodations, food, transportation, and overall organization were outstanding. Every day brought unforgettable moments and breathtaking scenery that felt like something out of a nature documentary.
What truly made this experience exceptional was the genuine care and hospitality we received.

Unforgettable journey on the Kilimanjaro
I just had the most wonderful experience with Bora Trekking. I climbed Kilimandjaro using Machame way in 6 days. At times I thought I was not going to make it to the top but the crew really made sure I was reaching the summit. Noël took my backpack without even asking when it was getting too hard for me. The cook always prepared the most delicious meals in the middle of nowhere, and the porters always made sure everything was set up when I arrived at the camp. Huge respect for the team and the way they work together. We reached Uhuru Peak at 5:51 AM, we were the second to reach the summit and I'm not an incredibly fit person! Overall I recommend using Bora Trekking, I was very pleased with the service provided and the way the always made sure I was happy.

Victor was amazing, had so much knowledge to share on all the wildlife
We had an amazing time and saw so much amazing wildlife. Our guide Victor had so much knowledge to share about each of the animals, we definitely saw a lot more than we expected to and felt so fortunate to benefit from his knowledge of the parks and where the animals were. Our accomodation was also amazing with great food and a lovely room. The experience was amazing value and for what we anticipated to be a budget experience we got so much more than we could have imagined.
A first timer with tact
Our group was very happy with everything. The organization and the safari were arranged wonderfully. All the game drives were truly memorable thanks to our amazing guide Francis, who did his best to show us everything. This is definitely an agency we will travel with again.

Perfect
We visit Tarangire and Ngorongoro with Victor. It was a fantastic experience and very comfortable. He explains all what you need to know. We saw almost all tthe type of animals and it was incredible. I recomend this experience!!!

From the very beginning, when I first inquired about gorilla trekking in Uganda/Rwanda, this company responded immediately and with the best prices in town. From the time we were picked up on the first morning of our tour, to the time we were dropped off on the last day of our tour—- we did not have to worry about anything! Everything was taken care of, including meals, transportation, admissions, etc.. special shout out to Andrew, our trustworthy and amazing driver! Thank you for everything :)

A truly amazing safari with Axis Africa Safaria and Driver Daniel Sururu
After many weeks of deliberation and throughly reviewing multiple safari operators I finally decided to go with Axis Africa Safaris - this decision that was not taken lightly, but one I am very pleased to say I did not regret.
The service provided by Rita at Axis Africa Safaris was fantastic. She promptly responded to all of my emails, addressed all my questions and concerns, and arranged an amazing safari for myself and my family. And to top it all, their prices were incredibly competitive.
When deciding which accommodation to select Rita provided detailed information regarding hotel options split by budget. We finally decided on Ashnil Mara Camp, Sarova Lion Hill (Lake Nakuru) and Naivasha Swela Lodge.
Ashnil Mara Camp was amazing - the tents were huge and very comfortable. The service and food were fantastic! We all throughly enjoyed our 3 night stay and particularly appreciated the hot water bottles which were carefully placed into our beds every night! The food was also good at Sarova Lion Hill and Swela lodge, but the rooms at Sarova lodge were rather small and in need of an upgrade.
When arranging the safari I specifically requested a Masi guide, and we were lucky enough to be allocated Daniel Sururu. Daniel was our dedicated driver for the six days and he was fantastic. His knowledge of the parks and wildlife within it was exceptional! On Day 1 of the safari Daniel asked each of us what we wanted from the safari and he did his upmost to make sure our expectations were met. And I am pleased to say that they really were and more! This included seeing loins taking down a buffalo, the big 5, the beginning of the great migration and much, much more! My husband is a keen photographer and bird lover, and Daniel was super good at pointing out the many species of birds in the Mara and Lake Nakuru. And as luck would have it, Daniel was also a keen photographer and appreciated the importance of positioning and lighting, so he would do his best to put his car in the optimal position for my husband to take a photo.
As part of the safari we had arranged a 2 hour boat ride on Lake Naivasha to see the many hippos and bird life the lake has to offer. Unknown to us, Daniel called ahead of our visit to arrange for a specific guide who he knew was very knowledgable about birds. The boat trip was amazing, even for those of us who were not bird lovers. I would strongly encourage anyone who has the time to go and visit this area.
Overall, we could not ask for anything more from Daniel, we felt completely safe with him and all times and he was really a truly an amazing guide (and driver) and if were fortunate enough to come back to the Masi Mara I would not want any other guide!

Choosing Serengeti Smile was the right decision. They were flexible and accommodating in helping to design the type of trip and vacation we wanted.
The lodging accommodations, were excellent in all of our locations. transportation was easy.
Our guide, Libe, was excellent. He was a great driver , was very knowledgeable on where to go to see the most wildlife, and was very friendly and professional. We saw the Big 5 plus many more animals.
I would highly recommend Libe to anyone wanting to do a safari in the Serengeti or surrounding parks.

We had Libe as our guide and he was exceptional. We would recommend him and Serengeti Smiles to anyone traveling to Tanzania. Our trip was designed specifically for us and we loved all parts of it. We especially loved traveling around the Serengeti and hunting with the Hadzabe. On safari we saw the big 5 in one day (rhino, elephant, buffalo, lion, and leopard) and even got to see lions hunting up close. This was a very memorable trip and we would definitely come back again.
