Amazing
We had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The whole team was incredibly professional, friendly and attentive. They were always one step ahead, anticipating our needs and even thinking of little things they knew we might enjoy, which made the experience feel very personal.
Our safari guide was fantastic. He took the time to explain how the savannah and its ecosystem work, answered all our questions, and shared so much knowledge with us. You could genuinely tell how passionate he was about his job, which made discovering the wildlife even more interesting.
The person from the agency who accompanied us, Edson, was equally amazing. He made sure everything was taken care of throughout the trip, spontaneously offered to take beautiful pictures of us, and even surprised us with some lovely souvenirs. We really felt looked after the entire time.
What impressed us even more was how helpful they were when we accidentally lost our backpack. They went out of their way to help locate it and arrange for it to be sent to where we were staying afterwards. That level of care really says a lot about them.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The safari itself was unforgettable, but the people made it even more special. It honestly made us want to come back to Tanzania, and when we do, we would happily book another safari—or any other excursion—with this agency and team.

Professional and attentive tour operator who delivers a wonderful safari experience.
This was an unforgettable safari experience.
We enjoyed stunning Rift Valley landscapes and observed a wide variety of wildlife, including buffalos, zebras, impalas and many colourful birds.
Our driver‑guide Johny was very friendly, knowledgeable and hard‑working. He shared lots of interesting information about the park and local animals, and always prioritised our viewing and photography needs.
The lodge was lovely, with wild animals roaming around the premises. It was a wonderful wilderness adventure, and we highly recommend this trip.

Perfect experience with Julius!
We did a 10 days Safari in Uganda with Julius guide and was the best experience. He cared about everything everyday and gave us a lot of tips. He was friendly and easy going, punctual and responsible. If we come again to Uganda we will hire him again for sure!

His driving was exceptionally smooth, which kept us from getting exhausted on the rough terrain, and he always gave us ample time to photograph the wildlife like a true professional. 📸🚙
While we missed the wildebeest river crossing due to timing, we had the incredible fortune of spotting the entire Big Five, including a magnificent male lion up close! 🦁✨

The organization, the program and the accommodations were perfect.
Thank you for the special 40th wedding anniversary attention at Zebra plains lodge. The staff was very nice.
Even if we expected more information about the culture, the country and the animals, the driver did a good job for driving, finding the spots and being proactive to reach the good place to observe the wild animals.
The balloon experience was incredible also.
In conclusion and in response to the following question : « do we recommend Nature Insight to other customers»: We would say yes without any hesitation. A very good value for money compared to our country's travel agency.
