Our Safari Soles tour operator was absolutely exceptional
Our Tanzania safari was truly a dream come true for my wife and I, my brother in law and sister in law. From the very beginning, the communication with our tour operator was excellent. They were always responsive, helpful, and made us feel comfortable knowing everything was being taken care of. Throughout the entire trip, the service was outstanding, and our guide (Kennedy) was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our experience special. Everything was organized and reliable, and we felt the trip was an incredible value for the money. The safari itself was beyond anything we could have imagined—you must add the hot air balloon ride as it another world drifting above the Serengeti. The wildlife, the scenery, the people, and the experiences will stay with us for the rest of our lives. We have traveled to many amazing places, but this safari was truly one of the most unforgettable adventures we have ever shared. We would highly recommend this Safari Soles to anyone looking to experience the magic of Tanzania!

An Exceptional Guide!!!
We had an incredible safari experience with Wilfred, exploring Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru National Park, and the Masai Mara.
Wilfred was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and an exceptional guide. He made sure we spotted all of the Big Five, along with so many other amazing animals along the way. His deep knowledge of wildlife, animal behaviour, and even the plants made the journey not only exciting but also truly educational.
But beyond being a wonderful guide, we also made a really good friend in Wilfred. He was funny, easygoing, and always made us feel comfortable, making the entire trip even more enjoyable.
If you’re planning a safari in Kenya, we highly recommend Wilfred. Thank you, Wilfred, for an unforgettable adventure and for giving us so many wonderful memories to take home!

Excellent organisation, amazing wildlife knowledge, and a guide who truly loves what he does.
TL;DR: We can fully recommend The Ozon Light Tours. We booked the 6 Day Luxury Lifetime Experience and would absolutely do it again. And if you really, really, really want to learn something about the animals and not just see them, Denis is your man.
The preparation before the safari was super easy from the beginning. Communication, adjustments and special requests were all handled via WhatsApp. Clinton always replied quickly and organising everything was very straightforward.
The pickup at JRO airport also worked perfectly. Our driver was already waiting with a sign with our names on it and took us to our hotel in Arusha.
The next morning our guide Denis picked us up with the Toyota Land Cruiser and our safari started with Tarangire National Park. The car was great for a private safari. Plenty of space, comfortable and we had it completely to ourselves.
Already on the first day it became clear that Denis does not just have the normal knowledge you would expect from a safari guide. Animals are genuinely his passion. It was sometimes crazy how much he could tell us about individual animals, their behaviour and how everything in nature is connected. National Geographic should probably give him a call.
In the Serengeti we also realised just how ridiculously good his eyes are. Denis spotted animals somewhere in trees or bushes while we were still searching for another five minutes, even after he had already explained exactly where to look.
That was also one of the reasons we managed to see two leopards and two cheetahs. Without him, we probably would have driven straight past them. A good guide makes a massive difference on a safari, and Denis definitely did for us.
One thing we would personally do differently next time is the route at the beginning. Our flight arrived at Kilimanjaro at 1:30 in the morning. We then went to the hotel in Arusha and, because our airline had changed the flight schedule, we ended up having a full day there. Originally it would only have been around half a day.
From our personal point of view, we would skip Arusha completely next time if timing and logistics allow it. After getting some sleep, we would rather drive the extra few hours towards Lake Manyara and stay there. That way the actual safari starts directly in the region the next morning.
This is not criticism of The Ozon Light Tours at all, just something we would change in our own planning next time.

Overall the travel experience was fantastic. Our guide was amazing and proactive during the safari. The hotels we stayed at every night were great too — no disappointments at all.

Wonderful experience wonderful guide!!
If you're planning a safari, you have to book with Caleb! He is wonderfully friendly, super helpful, and made our trip completely stress-free. His driving skills are top-notch—navigating rugged terrain smoothly and comfortably. Most impressively, Caleb has an incredible eye for spotting and tracking wildlife that we would have totally missed on our own. Thanks to him, we had front-row seats to unforgettable animal sightings. 10/10 recommendation to all my friends!

We had an extraordinary safari experience with Caleb! He is an exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful guide who goes above and beyond for his guests. His driving is remarkably smooth and highly skilled across tough landscapes. On top of that, his expert instincts for tracking wildlife are second to none—he knew exactly where to position us for the best views and photo opportunities. I highly recommend Caleb to anyone looking for a world-class safari!

Once a life time experience
The whole trip was just absolutely amazing and beyond my expectation. Our trip was postponed to September from June due to the Middle East war. The flight was also rescheduled and canceled several times. Gladly we have Naomi, our main contact from Mama Savana Safari, who kindly and patiently helped with the rescheduling, updating the itinerary, changing accommodation, etc. And also our safari guide Livinston, who is kind and knowledgeable, with absolutely sharp eyes. We have not only seen all the animals of interest, but also learnt a lot regarding the whole Savannah wildlife. In short, we visited several national parks and ended the trip at Zanzibar. We have priceless memories from every single place! Will absolutely recommend Mama Savana for everyone!

The perfect experience
I knew nothing about Safaris, but I knew everything about myself and how demanding I am. When I asked for a quote at about midnight, Anna was the most reactive, for or five other operators, waited 'til the day after or even two days for some of them. (but one I admit, who did only private safaris). Anna answered instantly to all my questions, did many adjustments to the trip fellowing my desires. Always with patience, humour and kindness. We finished that perfect plan of safari the same night. The price, was very correct. The days after, Anna was always available to answer all my preoccupations. I 'm a woman, solo traveler, so I had many. The D day has arrived, and there appeared Assad our wonderful guide. Kind, patient, professional... Let me tell you, that I didn't, at any moment regret my choice of Kilipath operator. Anna still reactive before, during and after that wonderful Safari. The group I was with was so sympathic, as if we knew each other since a long time. We saw the big five and even more. I've had the best sunset of my life and I 'm not pretty young, during our camping at Shuhudia adventure camp. Thank you Kilipath for these unforgettable moments ❤️

Professional, kind and enthusiastic, wonderful trip
Going on an African safari has long been a dream of mine, and I’m so grateful to Loren African Safaris for making our trip absolutely perfect! It is a small operator, yet incredibly professional with outstanding service.
Before the trip
Burdened with a busy work schedule, I had little time to plan our itinerary. I researched and reached out to several tour agencies, and Loren was among the quickest to reply. Beyond their fast response, their carefully crafted itinerary was another major reason I chose them. As first-time visitors to Africa, we had no clear picture of where Tanzania’s main national parks lie or what a safari experience entails. Loren’s itinerary came complete with safari route maps, plus daily highlights: the key wildlife we could expect to see and details of our accommodation each night. Everything was laid out clearly at a glance. Trust me, it’s hard not to be impressed by such thoughtful planning. On pricing, Loren provided a detailed breakdown of every item and offered discounts where possible. This transparent discount structure inspired far more confidence in their professionalism than random haggling.
During the trip
We were incredibly lucky to have two guides, Elli and Ally. Elli took us to visit Serval Wildlife on our first day and dropped us off at the airport on our final day. We enjoyed great conversations with him and gained insight into Tanzania, its culture and local customs — a wonderful start and end to our journey. Ally was our safari guide. Friendly, polite and witty, he boasts extensive knowledge of wildlife. He understands animal behaviors deeply, spots wildlife quickly and explains everything to us in vivid ways. He also took us to lesser-visited parts of the Serengeti, showcasing unique landscapes few tourists get to see. Even better, instead of sticking rigidly to a preset schedule, Ally checked in with us in advance to learn what animals we most wanted to see and how we preferred to structure our day, adjusting plans according to our wishes. Under his guidance, we spotted the Big Five and many other species. We witnessed multiple wildebeest river crossings and watched five male lions feeding on a wildebeest up close — an unforgettable experience. The roads inside the national parks are rough and bumpy, but Ally is an excellent driver. He could rush to wildlife sightings promptly while keeping the ride as smooth as possible on regular tracks. Beyond wildlife watching, we talked a lot about culture and economics, deepening our understanding of each other’s countries and enriching our trip. As for meals and accommodation: the picnic hampers were far tastier than standard lunch boxes, and our lodges and camps were excellent.
After the trip On our final day, flying from Kilimanjaro to Dar es Salaam, Air Tanzania made an unexpected flight adjustment which landed us in trouble. We had connecting international flights afterwards and were extremely anxious. Even though this issue was caused by the airline, Loren stayed in contact with the carrier and worked hard to resolve the situation. We managed to catch our flight that evening without missing our international connection, bringing our safari adventure to a flawless close.
This was our family’s first visit to Africa, and certainly not my last. Should I return to Africa in the future, Loren African Safaris will be my first choice.

Extraordinary Organization and very skilled team
We had an absolutely wonderful time. The trip was very well planned and our two tour guides were extremely experienced (and well known by everybody 😃). It felt like driving with a celebrity 🙃. We saw ALL animals within two days due two the expert tracking skills of our guide.
We loved the camping set up and the excellent always freshly prepared food. Thanks!
