I cannot recommend Jackson highly enough. From the moment we arrived until our departure, he gave 110% to make our Tanzania trip absolutely flawless.
His knowledge of wildlife and geology is encyclopedic; he didn't just show us animals, he explained their behaviors and the history of the landscape in a way that fascinated us. He worked tirelessly to find the best sightings (we saw everything!) and was incredibly patient, never rushing us.
On the road, he is an expert driver—I always felt completely safe, even on difficult terrain. The vehicle was always spotless, dust-free, and comfortable. What impressed me most was his professionalism: he was always impeccably dressed, punctual, and serious about his job, yet warm and attentive.
He handled every logistical detail (hotels, meals, check-ins) with ease, and his problem-solving skills are unmatched; if any small issue arose, he fixed it before we even noticed. It truly felt like a fairytale experience. Thank you, Jackson the greatest for an unforgettable trip

Dream Safari
We had an unforgettable experience with this safari operator in Kenya. The trip of a lifetime in Tanzania
We had an absolutely dreamlike 5-day experience in Tanzania, truly the trip of a lifetime. We visited the Serengeti National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater, both of which were simply breathtaking and unforgettable.
From start to finish, Angelino was incredibly kind, attentive to our wishes, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He even organized a wonderful surprise for my wife’s 30th birthday, which was a very emotional and unforgettable moment for us.
Our guide, Joel, who speaks French, was absolutely amazing. He shared so much knowledge with us about wildlife, nature, and local culture. He was always early, waiting for us in a spotless vehicle, with cold drinks always available, which was greatly appreciated.
Knowing how much we love lions, Joel made sure to spend extra time observing them, always adapting to what we wanted to see. He was truly attentive, professional, and passionate.
Thanks to Angelino and Joel, this became the most beautiful trip of our lives. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for these unforgettable memories.

Fabulous Masai Mara experience with Laxa trails
Smooth superb service, great vehicle guide and saw loads of animals including two kills. Hotel organised was Serena Masai Mara lodge also superb. Once in a lifetime experience. The only thing I would do differently is to fly to the Masai Mara rather than drive from Nairobi that was too long specially on the way back. Otherwise it was just perfect. Kudos to the team - and thanks to Peter our guide and driver. Highly recommend

We travel with my husband to have the safari tours in Masai Mara ,Amboseli,Lake Nakuru, Naivasha
The communication with Nancy from Tall Masai office and our driver with David was realy good. They were very cooperative!
We had booked the mid range tour package for 6 days .
The 2/3 hotels we stayed were nice .
But the room at Amboseli park ( AA lodge) was old,somehow dirty ,hot and without mosquito sieve at the windows ,only around the bed. But we could not open the window to have some air .Also they initialy provided us with 300ml free water per person per day and only when we complained that this is not enough they provided us more.
David was given us many information about the animals and we managed to see a lot of them. My only complain would be to stay in the afternoons a couple of hours more into the parks before we got back to the hotels.
In total we were quite satisfied and was a value for money option the tour with Tall Masai office!! I would recomended to other too!

Safari of a lifetime
We had a safari of a lifetime with RENAI, firstly the communication with the office staff was seamless in the planning phase, as I made a couple of changes to the initial itinerary which were all accommodated, for the Safari itself I enjoyed the scenic drive to Queen Elizabeth park and the amazing wildlife in Queen Elizabeth Park, elephants, buffaloes, yes and we were lucky to see the big cats, the lion too.
There after we were able to finally get upclose with the gentle giant the mountain gorillas which was the major highlight of our trip!!
Car was super clean too. Our guide Kelly was very cool and happy to help us all the time.
Can't wait to return to Uganda with the amazing RENAI safaris and i highly recommend to anyone planning to travel to Uganda !

An unforgettable Tanzania experience – from Zanzibar to Safari In Tanzania
We had an incredible experience in Tanzania and cannot recommend Kojuu Safaris highly enough.
The trip was perfectly organized from start to finish. We began with an amazing 6 days in Zanzibar, where we got help with all the transfers between our stops in accordance to our preferences.
After that, we flew to the Serengeti, where our safari adventure began. The agent, Zaituni, who organized everything was very professional, responsive, and attentive to every detail, making the entire journey seamless and stress-free.
Our safari guide, Barick , was exceptional: knowledgeable, experienced, and genuinely passionate about wildlife. Thanks to him, we enjoyed unforgettable animal sightings and learned so much throughout the trip. He always made sure we were comfortable, safe and in the best positions for incredible views and photos.
In terms of parks, the Serengeti was the absolute highlight, followed by the stunning Ngorongoro Crater, then Tarangire and Ndutu, each offering unique landscapes and memorable experiences.
This journey exceeded all our expectations and created memories we will cherish forever.
A huge thanks, once again, to Zaituni and Barack.

Friendly, flexible and fun tour operator with great guides!
What can I say? From start to finish, the experience of arranging a custom day in Nairobi with Edloce was fun, easy and flexible - as travel should be!
We started our day early, with pick-up from Maurice, our guide for Nairobi national park. From the outset I was really impressed with his knowledge of Kenya's wildlife, ecology and sustainable management methods, which he enthusiastically shared with us. We didn't know what to expect from the park but we saw an abundance of rhinos, a lion with a kill, amongst other amazing animals and birds. Seeing them all with the city skyline in the background exceeded all our expectations.
Maurice dropped us for lunch at a lovely roadside place in Karen near the park. Like many tours we took in Kenya, it consisted of a curio shop + an inexpensive buffet of traditional Kenyan food and, of course, some great coffee! The food at this place was the best lunch stop we made in the country.
On the way back to the city, we planned a detour to a specialist vinyl shop which Edloce was more than happy to accommodate, even planning a stop at the hotel to drop off any purchases before the afternoon itinerary.
We had a city walking tour planned in the afternoon but the weather had other ideas ... Maurice coordinated a reschedule for the following morning, allowing us more time to browse the vinyls. Thanks Maurice!
The next morning, we had a really fantastic tour on foot with our guide Steve. We covered a lot of ground and left with a much better understanding of the city and its history. Like any capital city, Nairobi is bustling and loud and could be overwhelming for some, but we always felt very safe with Steve which allowed us to immerse ourselves in the chaos! We also really valued the discussions about Kenyan history, politics and culture which informed our onward travels in the country. Thank you Steve for showing us around and giving us a great introduction.
Overall, I can't recommend Edloce enough for their great customer service, attention to detail and flexibility, and amazing network of guides. We will for sure book with them again on future visits!
