Top level communication and overall great experience
The communication regarding the planning of the safari was the best I've experienced so far to be honest. Every wish was respected and taken into account.
Also I've had the best possible guide imaginable! He cared for me and got a real friend during the two weeks of my solo adventure.
All in all everything was perfectly planned or adjusted accordingly! Honestly there is nothing I could think of that I was not happy with.

Amazing Safari Experience
We had an incredible safari experience in Ngorongoro and Tarangire! 🐘🦁 The landscapes were absolutely breathtaking, and we were lucky enough to see so many animals in their natural habitat. The Ngorongoro Crater was especially spectacular, while Tarangire impressed us! I saw the big five in two days 😍
Everything was very well organized, and the whole experience was unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and memorable safari in Tanzania! 🌍🐾

beautiful experience in Tsavo East and Taita Hills
Our guide, Patrick, accompanied us on this wonderful three-day adventure in Tsavo East and Taita Hills National Parks. We were fortunate and honored to see so many animals and Kenya's fantastic landscapes! Patrick was incredibly kind and professional, explaining everything in detail and making this an incredible experience. We stayed at Voi Safari Lodge and SaltLick Lodge, both truly beautiful, immersed in nature and equipped with every comfort.

Great communication and safety
People say an African Safari is a once in a lifetime experience, but I feel I can’t wait to go back with my kids and grandkids.The communication with Tellena Tours was excellent from the beginning of planning until the day we left. I dealt with Victor and he was always available and showed up whenever we were in Nairobi to make sure everything was going as planned. Our tour guide, Dickson, made the safari complete as he made sure we saw the Big 5 and his ability to see hidden animals was amazing.My wife and i felt extremely safe with Dickson as well as enjoying his personality.
A few suggestions/changes I would give is to arrange air travel between the different national parks as traffic is unpredictable and we lost most of one of our days there driving to another park (we had planned for 4-5 hours and it took over 8). Flights are an adventure themselves and being in a Land Cruiser for an extended period an become uncomfortable, Also make sure to confirm the Land Cruiser is a newer model with taller windows (ours was dated and I was constantly bending to see outside). We did the hot air balloon in Masai Mara and it was amazing (the landing can be a little rough so be prepared). Also, if air conditioning is important to you, make sure and request it where available (i don’t believe most hotels inside the parks have it as the nights are traditionally cool). One last thing, let them know if you plan to bring large luggage so they can arrange a larger vehicle.

Very responsive and great overall trip
Very easy and fast communication through WhatsApp.
The tour itself wasn’t quite what we expected, we were thinking it would be a small tour group doing a series of activities but instead it was staying at a lodge and doing their activities. This ended up working well and we got to meet different people on different tours. The room was very nice to stay in and it was a great break from organising the rest of the trip to turn up somewhere and it all be sorted to the point where you don’t even pay for your meals.

Our 4-day safari with African Big Cats Safaris was an absolute masterpiece, an amazing and unforgettable experience!
From day one, everything was flawless, but what truly made our journey unforgettable was our legendary guide, Martin. Not only does he speak perfect Italian, but he is a true phenomenon at spotting wildlife. His eagle eyes and deep knowledge of the bush brought the savannah to life in ways we never thought possible. Thanks to Martin, we didn't just see beautiful zebras, majestic elephants, and graceful giraffes. We experienced the raw beauty of nature up close: a magnificent male lion, a pride of lionesses feasting on a buffalo carcass, beautiful cheetah families, and even a hidden leopard! Every game drive was pure magic and filled with adrenaline. The organization was top-notch, the lodges were beautiful, and the hospitality was heartwarming.
