Impressive 5 days
We had the pleasure of going on a 5-day camping safari with Suricata Safari – an experience we’ll never forget! Our itinerary included Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and Lake Manyara. Each destination was stunning in its own way, and we were lucky enough to spot four of the Big Five among countless other animals.
Our guide Damien was outstanding – knowledgeable, experienced, and truly passionate about wildlife. Thanks to him, we had so many memorable encounters. We were also well taken care of by Salim and his team, who made sure we were well-fed with tasty and hearty meals.
Overall, an amazing adventure with fantastic scenery, wonderful wildlife, and great people. We can fully recommend Suricata Safari!

Nice and organized tour
The safari tour was great. You don't think about anything except the safari, the guys take you there themselves. We had guides Kisamo and Simba, good guys. Kisamo told great stories with humor. Joel took care of our accommodation, a warm and pleasant person.
Surikata Safari is a good company and you can safely book tours with them.

Passionate, Professional and with an eye for details.
Incredible Safari experience.
Suricata Team has been very professional since the get going, helping us in selecting the best package for us. Spot on organisation and flawless execution.
Furthermore our guide, Damian, has done a super job; very professional and fluent in English as well as really skilled driver, making the ride super smooth in spotting all the big 5 (yes, we made it!).
Accommodation very cozy and always sustainable (eco-lodges) complementing greatly the safari experience. Food always delicious and freshly cooked, prioritising always raw ingredients and not pre-packed/cooked.
I would definitely re-do it and recommend it to anyone interested into a safari

Absolutely perfect customer service and meeting expectations. They know their stuff!
The staff from the moment of the booking starting with Ayman helped us understand what we needed to do on the Safari and was able to curate the perfect package to meet our expectations and budget. The speed of response gave us confidence in the selection we made, and they did not disappoint. The accommodation across all of the sites was impeccable and a special mention to our guide Rocky without whom we would not have had the memorable experience that we had. He went out of his way to ensure that he met the entire groups needs which isn’t easy to do with a diverse group and went above and beyond even over the Safari to make sure that simple things like the meals we enjoyed and things that we wanted to buy were addressed. He was a very safe drive which is also a huge plus. He was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about all of the sites and the animals we saw and made sure that all of the game drives were exciting and rewarding. We thoroughly recommend Rocky as a guide and think everybody should have a Safari experience in Tanzania with him. if we were to ever do a Safari again there’s no doubt that we would only do it with Suricata and Rocky.

Our tour guide was Freddy and he was fantastic. His knowledge of the area the animals the vegetation and fun facts was great. We were lucky enough to see the big five and so many more wonderful animals on our Safari. Freddie exceeded all of our expectations for our Safari.

It was an unforgettable experience! We had an exceptional 4-day trip and have nothing but praise for the food, the accommodations, and of course, our amazing guide Freddy! Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend this safari company!

An amazing team. A big thank you to all and especially Freddy 🫶
An incredible experience from the first pick up at the airport to the way back.
We visited the 3 parks and we were lucky to see lots of animals and especially the big five.
The landscapes, the views, the camps and the hospitality of all staff was amazing.
But the most amazing part was our guide Freddy from Suricata Safaris. Such a nice person, with a very thorough knowledge of the fauna and flora that he shared with all us with passion. Always available to answer all our questions on everything. Moreover, he is very respectful of the places we visited and also of the animals, he managed to let us see everything but always by not interfering in the life of the parks and animals. We deeply recommend him.
A very nice thing as well were the meals. We were travelling with kids and everything was delicious. Moreover the picnics with real glasses and plates. We really appreciated that.
Thanks a lot to Freddy and Suricata Safaris for their kindness and professionalism

No words… Excellent
I have no words… what we have just experienced was a dream and Suricata Safaris was exceptional from the beginning to the end.
The first contact with Grace was very helpful, she helped us on choosing our Safari and was always available for any question we had.
Suricata Safari picked us from the airport to the hotel and the evening Daniel made us a briefing for the safari. He was very nice and answered to all our questions.
The day after, Frederik (Freddy), our guide, came to pick up us from the hotel and the safari could begin.
All was exceptional, Lodge, Camp tents, the picnic every day was a delicious lunch (not a lunch box) but a real meal with meat, rice and vegetables.
And last but not least, Freddy was the best guide we could ever had… he knew everything, always answering to our questions, very respectful to the animals we saw and such a nice person.
If you are looking for a safari, I highly recommend Suricata safari and Freddy as a guide you will not be disappointed …. They made our dream came true.

Nice park stays, delicious chef-prepared meals, Big Five sightings, and a fun driver "Rasta Man" ma
Our 4-day safari was an absolutely unforgettable experience! The accommodations within the national parks were amazing – comfortable, well-located, and truly immersed in the stunning natural surroundings.
A major highlight was the incredible food we enjoyed throughout the trip. Our personal chef, who traveled with us, prepared the most delicious meals, even in the heart of the wilderness! It was a real treat.
Of course, the wildlife viewing was spectacular. We were thrilled to see a huge variety of animals, including the coveted Big Five! Our guide was excellent at spotting wildlife and shared fascinating insights about the animals and their environment.
Our driver, who we affectionately nicknamed "Rasta Man," was fantastic! He was not only a skilled and safe driver but also incredibly friendly and had a great sense of humor, making the journeys between locations a lot of fun.
We wholeheartedly recommend this safari for anyone looking for an amazing wildlife adventure with top-notch accommodations, delicious food, and a fantastic guide.

It was a great experience!
I participated alone as a woman.
The day before, John came to the hotel to explain the camp.
We were asked to prepare a tip of $15 per day (we gave it to the driver on the last day, but it seems that it is not compulsory).
There were three members in the group: myself and two Westerners on honeymoon. These two stayed at the lodge, so I was the only one at the camp, but chef James was with me at night and always took care of me.
He was always very kind to me, even though I am not good at English, and it was very reassuring.
At the camp, they will set up a small tent for you.
Sleeping bags, cushions, and mattresses are provided.
At the campsite, only cold water showers are available in the Serengeti, but hot water showers are available elsewhere.
The campsite in Ngorongoro is very cold, so warm clothes are essential, but the scenery was amazing.
During the safari, in addition to the BIG5, we were able to see cheetahs and hippos up close.
Although it was the rainy season, it didn't rain.
I think it would be difficult to find animals because of the lush grass, but on the other hand, the greenery was so beautiful!
Our guide, Damien, knew the course very well and contacted the surroundings by radio so that we could see the animals.
I am grateful that we were able to see so many animals even though it was the rainy season.
We were asked to visit a Maasai village, and it cost $33 per person when we did it.
They showed us singing and dancing, how to make a fire, and showed us inside the houses.
It seemed a bit expensive, but it seems that the money was used to buy medicine and water for the children.
This time, the members I was with were two very nice people, so I had a great time from start to finish and it was the best tour ever!!
