Everything taken care of
Great experience with Aron as our driver. Everything was taken care of in terms of meals, lodging, transportation. Just had to show up and have a good time. Communication with the owner, Hillary, to adjust the schedule and coordinate was very fast and responsive
Aron was a hero for getting the car out of some pretty gnarly mud gullies! He did a great job of getting us to all the animals we wanted to see. Fun guy with a good sense of humor too.
Two things to improve:
- I would have loved if Aron was more talkative when it came to educating us about the animals and the region. Often I had to initiate questions to him.
- The group (including the guides) got a bout of food poisoning at the second lodge (Ngorongoro Tortilis Camp) due to some bad fish. Maybe no more seafood or other risky meats for the lodging meals…

Excellent
We did the 3-day tour with a group of 10 friends from Boston. It was incredible! I would definitely recommend anyone doing it, it is worth it. Our tour guide was amazing and made sure we saw all the animals. He was very friendly and very accommodating to meet all our wants and needs

Committed to make the best experience for us!
Would definitely recommend suricata safari as your guide! Such great service and the guide and cook were both committed to make the days perfect for us! Our guide made sure we didn’t miss a thing and answered all of our questions. We looked around for quite a while for an agency that would take us to all the places we wanted to an affordable price and we were really happy with our choice.

Amazing guide Zilas showed us everything and more. Always a joke ready and a friendly smile.
Musa made great food and was great company during our 3 days.
Easy to book and they sorted out transfers and accommodations.
Have really nothing to complain about. We are so happy and excited for more now.

Not just a safari... an once in a lifetime experience
The Safari with suricata was really amazing. We expected it to be a camping trip but we were treated like kings. Everything was organized so perfectly and the guide James and the Chef Salim were so careing and attentive. I can highly recommend this company and for sure the crazy guide James ;-) and the chef Salim! We learned so much by the James's experience and his patience to explain everything about the animals, the plants, philosophy and so much more. We also met other guides on the tour and made only good encounters.
Everyday we were surprised by Salims delicious food and fell to sleep happy. This was the most amazing experience I had in years. Thank you ...
Crazy but in a positive way :-)
We had a 7 days private Safari with Suricata as a couple and it was magical. Our guide James was amazing! Our Chef Salim prepared fresh dishes and surprised us every day with the most delicious meals. They made us feel really special and thanks to Suricata we had a wonderful experience in Tansania.

Totally recommended!
The whole experience was amazing!! We saw every animal that we had in our “checklist” and even more!! Our guide was very very kind and he was stopping at all spots that we wanted to see and he was giving us a lot of informations about the animals and the places! The food was tasty and fully local and we didn’t face any unexpected problem! Fully recommended!!

Amazing experience! The safari was perfect we catch the big five with the good effort of our driver! Everything were well organized on time and with a lot of experience. Mandela as a driver was nice and he gave us a lot of infos during Safari. Also the transport to the airport was on time. Totally recommendable!!!

Great service, awesome experience
Suricata Safaris has been great, especially in terms of customer service. I had pre-booked online via WhatsApp and it all worked out perfectly, from the airport pickup with the driver even helping me go to an ATM early in the morning and organizing a sim card. The 3 day safari was all I had hoped for and more. We saw many animals up really close and our driver made sure we could take enough pictures from different angles. Seeing the running giraffes and the sleeping lions were just some highlights. Camping is basic but for two nights perfectly fine. Just make sure you bring some warm clothes. If you come prepared you won't be freezing. Thanks again suricata for this lovely experience. I hope to return one day and do the Kilimanjaro trekking with you. Definitely recommend!
