In addition to its vast expanses of protected land, Kenya is full of wonderfully nice people. We departed for our safari from Nairobi which has a major airport and were very pleased with our experience from beginning to end. We were treated like kings and accommodated in every way. All of the locations we went to on our safari were excellent and had opportunities to see lots of wildlife and stay in interesting, beautiful hotel accommodations.
Kenya has everything you could want in a safari, though another popular destination is Tanzania, where you will find ngorogoro crater and the serengeti. In my mind, they are equal. They have all the major wildlife and amazing people. I would highly recommend a safari trip!

Review about Marakele National Park by Wim Spronk
Overall rating
4/5

When I camped at Marakele the roads were bad in wet weather and not having a 4 x 4 we got stuck several times. It is a relatively new reserve with no big game but good bird life.

We loved Botswana

We had a wonderful time at each of our stops in Africa and would highly recommend Christine to anyone planning a trip to Africa. We stayed at three different safari lodges and they were all fabulous and each a bit different. The people we encountered were so exceptional and so knowledgeable, that I think we all came home feeling we had a very personal experience wherever we went.
Well done Christine!

Review about Augrabies Falls National Park by Wim Spronk
Overall rating
5/5

Augrabies is my favourite campsite with stunning views of the falls and surroundings. There is not much wild life. A few ostriches and introduced rhinos but the bird life is very good especially in the campsite.

Tons of opportunities for wildlife viewing, even just driving down the highway.

Since the recent expansion of this park it has gained many additional attractions as far as bird and animal life is concerned. The possibilities of seeing whales is one of these attractions

An unforgettable experience in a little known wildlife paradise
5/5

As safari "veterans", we were looking for something a bit different and Becx found us this amazing place in the North of Mozambique with wonderful wildlife in an astonishing landscape. From the very first conversation, we felt that Becx fully understood our desires and worked with us to ensure we got the best possible experience. Lugenda Wilderness Camp is a magical place where Imogen, the lodge manager, Nic, our guide, and of course the wildlife, conspired to make our stay very special indeed. It was a huge wrench to leave here, but a couple of hours later we were on Medjumbe, a private island in the Quirimbas archipelago, perfect for relaxing after our stay in the bush.
