Excellent communication, and organization, clean and welcoming accommodation , amazing driver!
We had a great experience with Axis safari. They were highly responsive when organizing the safari, every pick up was super punctual and the accommodation was welcoming, very clean and the food was great (they also provided vegetarian food options which was amazing). Our driver Josh was amazing, he went out of his way to make sure we saw as much as possible on the safari and was super friendly and kind during the whole trip.

Edward was our driver in Kenya, Jamal was our driver in Tanzania. Both of them are very skilled in driving on uneven dirt roads. They are kind, patient, knowledgeable and always accommodated customers’ requests. They always stopped where we needed when we wanted to take photos or videos.
Peter from Africa Flash McTours responded messages and emails swiftly. The arrangements from the beginning to the end of the tour were very good. He contacted me during the tour to make sure everything went smoothly. Thanks to Peter and his team for the wonderful and unforgettable tour.

Very knowledgeable, kind and trustworthy.
We did a 5 day safari with Colours and it was our first one ever. We didn’t know what to expect but the booking process was easy and Justin was able to answer all our questions and guide us. He was always polite and instilled trust in us.
Our guide, DENNIS, WAS AMAZING! He was so knowledgeable of the animals and the roads. We always felt safe and had so much fun. He was always making sure we were feeling. We got to see almost all of the animals we wanted to see but even if we hadn’t, we would do it again just for Dennis.
One thing I would change is that we didn’t know how long the distances between parks were and we ended up spending the entire day, every day in the car. We had chosen nice accomodations (out of the options Colours gave us) thinking we would have more time to chill there. We expected to arrive at our lodges around 5pm everyday but ended up arriving at 7pm every night and then leaving at 7:30am every morning, so there really was not down time. I suggested for Colours to include travel times between parks in the itinerary for the future so that guests can plan better. The next time we would do it a bit more leisurely instead of so busy.
I should note that on the day we arrived to Arusha, our driver picked us up and took us to the office for us to check in with Colours. The office is located in a pretty sketchy place and it’s not very nice. I hope in the future they can change offices or just do the guest’s check in at their hotel instead of taking them to the office.
Overall, I would highly recommend Colours, just make sure you explain what your expectations and preferences are when booking/choosing the package.
