Unforgettable tour!
It was the best travel experience of my life. We did the 6 days tour in Masai Mara, Naivasha, Nakuru and Amboseli. Everything above expectations: organization, accommodation, tour. Our driver Julius was very kind, helpful, friendly and skilled... the best! The last day he accompanied us and did not leave until it was made sure that everything was in place. We will not forget , thank you Julius!

Safari perfectly organized and at a fair price
Our driver was a capable and reliable guide, as well as being an excellent travel companion. There were 4 of us tourists and he always proved to be attentive to everyone's needs and we could democratically discuss how to organize the day. Mafie proved to be very reliable in managing the times and services offered and ready to help us in case of requests for changes, we always felt in good hands.
In addition to the safari, really appreciated the bike tour in Mto Wa Mbu.
Courteous, caring, and efficient
We took a two hour tour of Victoria Falls. The pick was on time at 3 pm from our hotel. Our guide Oliver was courteous and provided information about the Falls and surrounding area. He was efficient and did not rush us at any of the spots.

Incredible Safari Experience with Ngao Safari
Traveling with Ngao Safari was truly an unforgettable experience. From the outset, they were highly responsive and went above and beyond to tailor a tour that perfectly suited our needs. Exploring the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater was a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, made even better by our exceptional guide, Moses. His deep knowledge of the wildlife and the rich history of the areas we visited added so much depth to our journey. I would absolutely choose Ngao Safari again for future adventures in Mwanza, Arusha, Kilimanjaro, and beyond!

In all parameter, Beyond the plains Kenya Safaris is Excellent. Communication, Driver, Car, Hotels, safety, Payment procedure, food, comfort are great. All the time they are active in WhatsApp. Value for money is perfect. So our Experience in this tour is excellent.

Experience to do!!!
We made a 6-hour stop in Nairobi and decided to visit the park. The group is super organized and respects the time of pick up and drop off. The guide was attentive to our needs and made us discover the nature of the park. He explained anecdotes about animals and park. A wonderful place just a few steps from the airport that we loved!

Good communication
I recently had an amazing 5-day safari in the Maasai Mara, Kenya, all thanks to the wonderful travel agency that planned everything. The accommodations were nice, the driver-guide John was fantastic, and the whole trip was perfectly organized. We saw incredible wildlife and truly enjoyed every moment. A wonderful experience with amazing people!
My experience on this safari was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the wildlife, making every moment exciting and informative. We were lucky enough to see the Big Five and so much more. The landscapes were breathtaking, and the accommodations were both comfortable and authentic, truly enhancing the whole experience. Amazing Safari Trip with Morningstar Safaris Kenya
My family and I had an amazing trip with Morningstar Safaris in Kenya from 20th to 28th July . It was supposed to be a lifetime experience and my family thoroughly enjoyed the trip.
We started to plan for the trip in February and contacted a few agencies for quotation at www.safaribookings.com. While most of the agencies have similar packages, we chose Morningstar because of their flexibility, price transparency and professional communication. Alice Mora, who was the agent handling our trip at Morningstar, was prompt in communication, provided all the necessary details even before asking and created a custom itinerary for us. Given the short time, we wanted to stay the first night at Amboseli or Naivasha (instead of Nairobi) to maximize our safari experience. It was only Morningstar that was able to provide a viable customized trip plan accommodating this request.
After the initial payment (40% of the total amount), Alice kept us updated on the progress of the hotel bookings on a regular basis. As it was the peak season, she was not able to book us the same hotel in Amboseli (we stayed 2 nights at different hotels). That said, she was proactive and upfront in her communication. The payment process was also hassle free as it was done online with Pesapal taking less than 10 minutes of time.
After we landed in Kenya, we met with our guide/driver Surat who helped to create an exceptional experience for us. Surat is an experienced driver who is operating in the Kenyan safaris for last 9+ years. He was friendly, fluent in English, highly familiar with animals and knows the intricate roads of Kenya (he used some rural roads to cut the travel time from Nakuru to Masai Mara). Because of his amazing spotting abilities we were lucky to get close to a pride of lions while there was no other cars nearby. He also helped us to spot a lone cheetah on the road while we were travelling from Nakuru to Masai Marah!
Given my experience above, I would highly recommend Morningstar to any tourists going for a safari experience in Kenya. At the same time, we would love to come back again to explore the other parts of this great country!
