Outstanding customer service
This is not a review on a trip but on the customer service. I had booked a safari more than 1 year in advance. Unfortunately, I had to cancel a couple of weeks later - also more than one year in advance. I was able to communicate with my booking agent and Jake in Kenya. Due to my unusual circumstances they worked hard to help refund my money with the understanding that I would book again in the near future. I cannot say enough good things about this companies customer service and highly recommend that anyone planning a trip to Africa consider booking with them! Thank you Jake and Julie for helping me! Gamewatchers is an A+ business in my book!

Safari Northern part of Tanzania
Last april we visited the national parks in the north of Tanzania. We have booked a trip with Matoke Tours that was arranged by Easy Travel in Tanzania. Benedict was our guide and driver. Soon it was very clear that Benedict was very motivated and he had a lot of experience and he wants to show us a lot of his beautiful country. We've called him our "King Spotter". We have seen a lot of animals (the Big Five), with a lot of newly born animals. We have maked the trip in the short rainy season and we recommend it to everyone, because of the beautiful landscape with lots of colours. We had great expectations about this trip after our first safari in Uganda, but they were all surpassed several times, thanks to Benedict. We advise everyone to make this trip with Matoke Tours in combination with Easy Travel and Benedict as a guide.

Excdellent voyace to Tanzania with the organization
Everything Desiree had suggested came true. Andrew was a wonderful driver/guide and thanks to him we saw so much wildlife and indeed, The Big Five. The Tented Camps and Lodges where we stayed were all wonderful. The reception at every camp by the staff was warm welcome everytime and everybody was very friendly and helpful.
We can definitely recommend Afroriginal Tours when you want to visit Tanzania.

Serengeti - wow wow wow
A little nervous about the whole African experience was soon put to rest with the confident and expertise of Easy Travel. Would certainly recommend to anyone going to Africa. Guides (Ndenni) were so knowledgeable. People ask me the highlight - every day was a different experience. Seeing so many animals at such close quarters was Amazing. Didn't expect to see anywhere near as much as we did.
Accommodation also out of this world. Loved it all.

Everything was well arranged and on time. The accommodation was lovely - great hosts looking after us, with nice food. The tour guides were experienced and informative. We saw all of the big 5 during the 3 days.

A big disconnect but all went well
We landed in Botswana but no one was expecting us. UGH! But a few phone calls and one temper tantrum, and all was well again. Ute was very responsive in email communications and her suggestions were well heeded. Great facilities and wonderful time!

June may not be the best time to visit
June, being the time of the year just before the Migration, was not the best time to visit. The grass was very high and smaller big cats like Cheetahs and Leopards were impossible to spot in the grass growth.
Still the bigger wildlife like Wildebeests, Buffaloes, Elephants and Giraffes were almost common without compromising on the 'wild' feel. Lions were quite easy to spot but the Male lions were quite elusive.
