5 stars for our guide Steven, who drove us on a 5-day safari among Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli. He has a big knowledge, you can ask him anything about animals. Super helpful, always ready to please and help us. He tried his best to solve all kinds of problems. He was always on time, and organized the days in order to maximize them. The accommodations were comfortable and meet our expectations.
Unfortunately, there was no good communication with the company. They changed the itinerary without giving explanations, in practice the first day we did nothing planned and we didn't the second entrance to the Masai Mara. However, the overall experience was positive and I recommend it. Maybe when booking you should be more demanding and ask for as many details as possible and expect the itinerary to be respected. And ask about Steven, he's the TOP.

Our safari in Kenya with this company was an unforgettable experience. We were lucky to see the Big Five, and every moment felt magical. The organization was excellent, with stunning places, great safety, and a very enjoyable atmosphere. The drivers were professional, friendly, and went beyond their role, truly becoming part of our journey. Thanks to them, we experienced the essence of a safari: being surrounded by pure nature while feeling safe and well cared for. It was a trip full of emotions and memories that we will never forget. Wonderful
We spent an incredible safari journey of 8 days, beyond all our expectations. Since the first contacts with Erick until the last day with our guide Simon, all the trip and the experience with Serengeti Smile was perfect. Very friendly, clear and reliable on communication, we enjoyed all the time spent in Tanzania. We managed to see the big 5 five, to see so many animals, and so many birds as we are wildlife photography lovers.
We really recommand this company to plan your trip, we can feel the experience they have on safari trips. A very special thanks to Simon, our guide, who turned our travel so special, with so many explanations not only about the wildlife but also about tanzanian culture, geography, geology and also good plans for activities. It will remains in our best memories!

Was the Safari of lifetime.
We spended one week between Zimbabwe for the Victoria Falls and Botswana.
Amazing.
The river cruse in the Zambezi river is a dream.
We saw also Chobe national park and the Delta of Okavongo: a dream.
Everything was well organized.
The transfer/The Lodge/the Game drive.
Chrizaan was super.
She provide us the best organization and also assistence during the trip.

Great Service
Herbert was absolutely wonderful. We had an illness in our group which prevented us travelling on the agreed date but Herbert went out of his way to reorganise everything so that we could go 24 hours later. It was a private tour involving just our family - 5 adults and 2 children - and so nothing was undertaken without being firstly discussed with ourselves. We visited Tsavo East and stayed in the Voi Safari Lodge for one night. The first day was fantastic and we saw many animals at close quarters including lions. All in all it was a great experience and we are extremely grateful to Herbert for providing such a great service.

We really enjoyed our safari. We spent 3 nights in Masai Mara and one night at Lake Nakuru. Jimmy was our driver, he was amazing at communicating, understanding our needs, he was very flexible, and the most important he was good at finding animals during our game drives!
Communication with Julie during the whole process was also good.

They are great, assisted us on all our queries and curated such a great experience for us.
They were just amazing and had curated such a well balanced tour for us. As a couple we felt super safe and had a magical experience.
Huge shoutout to Ben !!, he was very professional and polite. He knew his ways around all the national parks and took us to spots that were less crowded and wildlife spotting was beyond words.

🌍 An Unforgettable 7-Day Safari with Mountain Warriors
Our 7-day safari was absolutely amazing! The team of Ruth (back office) and Edward (our guide) worked in perfect harmony. They truly did their best to make our experience unique. Thanks to Edward’s expertise, we were lucky enough to see the Big Five.
I especially remember when we couldn’t find a rhinoceros in Ngorongoro. After lunch, Edward suggested trying one more time in an area we had already visited—and that’s when the magic happened!
I wholeheartedly recommend Mountain Warriors 100%. Edward was the key to making our safari exceed expectations. He is smart, knowledgeable, and incredibly dedicated.
