Excellent Mount Kenya experience – 10/10!
I used Equitorial Star for my Mount Kenya hike and had an absolutely excellent experience. Duncan was incredibly professional, reliable, kind and patient. I had multiple changes and rescheduling requests, as well as adjustments to the itinerary, and he went above and beyond every time to make things work. His communication, flexibility and willingness to help were exceptional.
The hiking team were also fantastic. The guides were professional, experienced and genuinely caring. The food was good, the tents were pitched for us, and after long days of hiking they even brought us little treats like cookies and popcorn. They also provided warm water for us to wash our faces, which was such a thoughtful touch after a tiring day.
Everyone was so willing to help and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Equitorial Star to anyone planning to hike Mount Kenya. Duncan and his team made a challenging adventure feel incredibly well organised and supported.
10/10 – I would absolutely use them again!

our experience was truly a once in a lifetime moment and was truly unreal and this is all thanks to our driver tony. we saw all of the big 5 except for the rhino amd saw plenty of other animals aswell. i would highly recommend both this driver and this company to have the best experience on your safari trip.

Kelvin was a terrific tour guide, he was very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly.
Expectations were beyond exceeded during our trip. My wife and I came to fulfill our dreams of venturing off on a safari for our honeymoon. We had an absolute blast during our time. We were able to experience amazing sights of all kinds of wildlife! Overall Axis is a great company that kept in great contact and gave us amazing service. Kelvin was exceptional during tour, very knowledgeable about the animals when asked questions and answered with delightful responses. At the next chance of being able to do another safari I would 100% choose Axis again.

Professional service and very experienced driver
We had a great safari experience with Safari 360. We had booked the top notch safari package with 3 days/2 nights in Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. We didn't know what to expect as the price was too good to be true for a private 2-persons safari. Everything was amazing. The 2 camps we stayed were both top level. They both exceeded our expectations in terms of locations, services and room facilities. The safari was very well organized and offered what exactly it promised: get the best of the northern Tanzanian parks in only 3 days. Of course, this could not happen without being in the car for several hours in each day. Yes, the jeep was very old and the roads were bad, but it never broke down. We saw dozens of modern jeeps stopped at the side of the road with mechanical problems or flat tires but not ours. However, the most important thing is the driver/tour guide. We were very lucky to get Lameck as our guide. He is such an experienced guide. He knew the area so well and he could spot the animals from miles away. We saw all big fives thanks to him. He was always kind and willing to adapt the schedule to our likings. Thank you Lameck for a unique experience!
