My recent safari experience with Pavillion Safaris and Tours was nothing short of fantastic. From the initial inquiry to the final day, the communication with Peter was exceptionally smooth; he was genuinely kind, incredibly helpful, and went out of his way to seamlessly book extra activities for us, including a breathtaking hot air balloon ride and a unique horseback safari.
The overall value for money was very reasonable considering the high standard of service and organization. On the ground, the tour itself exceeded expectations. Our driver was not only safe and highly skilled across rugged terrain, but also possessed great English communication skills, making our game drives both informative and relaxing.
Beyond the classic wildlife viewings, the itinerary offered thrilling highlights, such as riding an ATV through bumpy, adventurous roads—an experience we truly enjoyed. We went to Kenya for our honeymoon and did a 6 day safari to the Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli. The weather was perfect in early September, we didn't experience any rain until the very end of our trip when we were in Mombasa. It wasn't too hot during the game drives during that time but a bit chilly in the morning so we brought a light sweater to layer. The people are so nice and willing to help wherever needed, although it is advisable to be cautious when in crowded places in Nairobi or Mombasa since there may be pickpockets. We didn't experience this, although we were cautious in the cities. We saw so many animals when we did our safari and our local tour operator was great in making sure our trip met our expectations. Accommodation is varied, as you can go as budget as you want or as luxurious as you want. We went mid-range and we thought it was worth it. Overall I would highly recommend Kenya as a vacation destination.

great 8d safari experience with Bienvenido Kenya Tours and Safaris
Our adventure with Bienvenido Tours & Safaris lasted 8 days. Together with our guide, Joshua, we visited 4 national parks (Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Hell’s Gate and Amboseli) as well as Lake Naivasha.
The excellent organization, Joshua’s incredible guiding skills and his extensive knowledge allowed us to discover some of the most beautiful places in Kenya.
We would also like to say a big thank you to Kennedy, who was extremely helpful from the very beginning, including helping us purchase our train tickets.
We highly recommend Bienvenido to anyone who wants to discover the incredible wildlife and natural beauty of Kenya.

The best possible safari experience we could have imaginged!
We were a group of four. Our safari was 10 days in September. We visited Sinya and stayed at Kambi ya Tembo camp in Amboseli Nation al Park, Tarangire National Park and stayed at Lake Burunge Baobab Lodge. We visited lake Manyara National Park and Ngorongoro Crater and stayed at Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge. We visited The Serengeti and stayed in Dove Serengeti Camp and Maramara Tented Lodge.
Our personal tour guide was amazing. He was experienced, very knowledgeable about the animals and their habitats/behaviors. He was very patient and kind, not just with us but with the other tour providers/guides. He was always with us and he made sure all of our needs were met. We had water and other drinks available to us in our safari vehicle and the picnic lunches were plentiful and very tasty.
We saw enormous amount of animals and were able to see the wildebeest and zebras migrate across the Mara river.
The accommodations were wonderful. Clean, well equipped and appointed. My husband and I go camping, but these tented camps and lodges were glamping plus! The staff at all of the camps were very personable and we felt well cared for.
The food was delicious and plentiful, even in the most remote camps. Meals were prepared for us and most nights were four courses, soup, salad, main (meat, fish, chicken) vegetables ( usually four) and dessert.
Many of the camps had pools and fire pits we could enjoy.
We ended our safari trip with a three day stay in Zanzibar which was at the lovely Royal Zanzibar Beach Resort. This was also arranged for us by African Big Cats Safari.

Excellent service
We spent the first three days of our honeymoon on a safari tour. It was our first safari experience and we were thrilled. We saw all the animals from the big five and besides them there are many other animals and birds. We also liked the campsites where we spent the nights. At the first camp, we were very pleasantly congratulated on our honeymoon, it was very pleasant. They also gave me gifts and already at home they found cute notes with congratulations in them. In general, we were satisfied and can definitely recommend
