Amazing experience
The communication before the trip was borderline bad. I never got a description of what the safari would look like or more details about the company or experience as a whole so I was pretty much betting on the descriptions in this site. I also got really worried because they never asked for my phone number or anything to contact me for pick up except the name of my hotel.
Regardless of the unclear communication at the beginning of the trip the Safari itself was amazing! The lodges where we stayed the first two nights were incredible and very comfortable. Given that I was traveling solo I shared with someone else who was also traveling solo (another girl). The cabin was very spacious, each bed had it’s own very well set mosquito net and we even had a nice shower and toilet inside the lodge with warm water! The food was good, the drives were the best. Our driver was James and he went above and beyond to make our Safari an unforgettable experience. On the first day alone we were able to spot Lions, Cheetah, elephants and giraffes along other animals. On the second day we say a leopard as well which he mentioned was a rare sight.
Our van broke on the third day on our way back to Lake Nakuru and be speedily arranged for us to be driven by someone else to our lunch area so we wouldn’t waste time while he fixed it.
As promised, he picked us up after lunch and we were back on our way to lake Nakuru. So tip here: there is the possibility to do Naivasha on the way to Nakuru. I think he insisted on it because one of the new passengers had it included in his tour, he didn’t force it on us though. I do not recommend doing Naivasha unless you are into birds a lot. It’s very plain and the boat tour lasts nothing and is pricey (20usd). The main reason we agreed to it was because there is nothing planned for the afternoon of the third day. This was very very lame. We initially thought we would be doing an evening game drive as we had on Masai Mara but apparently the ticket is not good for two days in Nakuru. I would recommend changing the departure time from Masai Mara so that it doesn’t feel like the afternoon is wasted. I would recommend booking with them but definitely think something should be added to the afternoon on the third day for those doing the 4 day safari as it ends up feeling more like a 3 day safari than a 4 day safari.

Skywide tours
We enjoyed our Safari very much. All team have been wonderful. It was very well organised. Things went very smooth all along right from booking the holiday safari to airport transport, hotel accommodation and most of all the safari trips.
Having our safari managed by Skytours was an enjoyable experience.

Most affordable agency (by far)
Cate was a good agent for us. We had a limited budget and she was able to organize a 9 day Safari for us. We would recommend her and our drivers Rufus and Francis.
Positive things:
- excellent prices
- reliable drivers
- she gaves us a private tour even that we only paid for shared safaris
- she also included an extra day in Nairobi for free where a driver took us to the Giraffe Center
Negative things:
- lack of clarity on which hotels we would be staying, mainly because some of them closed down.
- Samburu camp was really bad (Hamashi Best Camping was the name)

Amazing experience, very good organisation
Thank you very much for this experience, the communication with organizers by mail was ok, most important our driver Bashir was very friendly and attentive, he answers every one of our questions and helped a lot to find animal in the parks.
Everything went well, as we expected, we recommand this tour!

Very accomodating.
The staff was very pleasant and worked extremely hard to be accomodating.

Exceeded expectations of what I thought I’d see
Tour guide was great but was given a different itinerary to what I’d agreed with from the booking company.
So double check with guide before starting the tour.
The accommodation, vehicle and guide were really good , but there was obviously a small disconnect between the tour booking company and the guide company they contacted to.
Also had some issues with the international banking transfers when paying the booking company and we ended up paying an extra $500 AUD than we should have , so be careful with that. The booking company said the transfer hadn’t gone through but our banks said it had. So some robust discussions were had .
However the safari itself was amazing and I’d highly recommend going to see Tanzania.

Best destination for wildlife safari
It was my first ever safari trip and I must say it was definitely worth it. My husband and I, we both love wildlife and so we planned Kenya trip. Joseph, our tour agent from Mufasa tours is the most genuine tour agent that i have come across. Thanks to his communicative and helpful attitude, he devised the most feasible and best package in our budget.
We spent 7 days covering Masai Mara, Amboseli, Nakuru and Nairobi. At Amboseli the scenic beauty is at its best and Mara is magical. It was overall an exciting and refreshing trip.

Review about Amboseli National Park by Doug Greenberg
Amboseli is located not far from Kilamanjaro, but the atmosphere is often very hazy so the mountain itself is barely visible. The park has good accommodations and features significant wildlife, including elephants, wildebeests, zebras, hyenas, and lots of other animals and birds. During the dry season (when we visited) the park overall has a parched appearance, but the wildlife tends to congregate around the remaining waterholes and the lake. Overall, it is a worthwhile destination for people wishing to see African wildlife.
