Very reliable
We did a six day safari with Waymark and were very content. Our guide was helpful and always in time. Also Silas in the office always wrote back at once. At the end of the tour the owner Kennedy was eager to find out everything about the tour to improve. We appreciated this very much. The accomodation we got for a very fair price was excellent for example the Sopa Lodge in Nakuru.

Enjoyable trip with a reasonable and hard working company
Our family booked a holiday through All Seasons Safaris.
We really enjoyed the itinerary that they made for us, and they put in a lot of work before we committed to use their services.
The trip itself was fantastic - our driver Daniel was brilliant - and the travelling around the country was made as easy as possible.
Sure there were issues and changes that were beyond their control - we're talking about wild animals, that don't do as they're told!
The bottom line is that this company is friendly, honourable and hard working. They give very reasonable quotes for what is actually a very expensive business.

I made the inquiry about self catering cottages and they were back within no time. I was impressed.
I clearly noticed the element of professionalism, the hospitality industry is full of personnel without professional training and many companys relay on cheap labor. Keep it up and that is the next frontier in tourism, one stop shop where you get all the information for one's travel needs. In tourism time is of great value and your guy responded even when i thought he was not in the office, after hours.

Gorilla safari to visit gorillas was memorable
At the end of last year, i visited in Uganda and then in Kenya and Rwanda. I like so much to visit East Africa for many years. My trip was organised by Christina a lady who was very positive and friendly. My self and my husband begun our trip on 5th November and booked a flight to Kigali in Rwanda where a nice man received us from the airport and took us to the lodge.
From this moment, we received a good communication about all the expectation of our safari and then we had our dinner and went to sleep. not much for a first day, we were tired from the flight.
The following day begins our safari and we visit many local shops in kigali and also the memorial of the genocide. Then we drive with the guide to Volcanoes park and we loved it here so much. We remained two nights at Villa Gorilla lodge, it is a small owner managed guest house just near to the gorillas. Then in the following days, we went into the forest to visit the gorillas two times. Very nice to keep this momory with us. The together with the guide crossed the border up to Uganda side to visit the community of the pygmies and they made good entertainment for us.
Then we travelled up to Queen Elizabeth park and discovered the tree climbing lions in the trees. It was wonderful. We stayed at a nice eco lodge, in Ishasha, at Ishasha Jungle Lodge. Also in our visit we visited Kibale forest to visit the chimpansee and also the nice birds in this forest. Then we went to Murshicon falls and it was aa good moment on the nile in a nice boat up to see the water fall.
We loved so much our holiday in these countries and later we flew to Kenya to visit many other parks of animals. We love East Africa and these nice people. This company organise our trip very well.

Nancy introduced herself under my post on couchsurfing. She did a good job on communicating with customers. I like her, and her second hairstyle!
The accomodation in this tour is quite good, the hotel room next to Nakuru Lake is very clean, with wifi. The camp is not bad!! Especially after the Danakil Depression tour in Ehtiopia, I was so impressed by the condition in Kenya safari. Don't get me wrong, I am not saying Danakil depression isn't good, actually, it's so good, just not so touristy. Here in Nancy's tour, I like the accomodation, the food( very good), the company.

Tarangire. Lake Manyara. Ngorongoro. The Serengeti. We saw so much in just the first two days at Tarangire and Manyara it could have been enough, but YOU must see the rest with Northern Circuit. They were well organized. The first day our driver was at the hotel early to pick us up on time. Before setting out we met briefly with the director who explained the entire 6 days so we knew what to expect. The vehicle was clean and equipped with 110 outlets so no worries about camera batteries running out, or cell phones :) Our driver and chef were very courteous and accommodating which makes these types of adventures so much better. Our driver was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions about the various species of birds and other animals, plants, etc. Also, he had a keen eye and was able to spot or find wild life to assure we got our fill of great nature and wild life. The campsites were well-kept and cozy, whether we were in a covered tent at the camping grounds, or in a bush tent in the Serengeti. They set everything up for us, and the food was remarkable. Fresh fruit, coffee, tea every morning along with a different meal every day. Hats off to our chef for a job well done. While there are many operators in and around Arusha and Moshi, Northern Circuit provided all the comforts we expected with very personal care, we didn't feel like a number or as if we were being rushed through. Because I'm very meticulous about making plans for such a big trip, I had been communicating with the director, Michael, up to a month before our trip. He was very responsive to my many email and text message inquiries, usually responding within 8-10 hours with a 9 hour time difference! I do admit, we contacted a few other operators, but Michael's responsiveness and level of details with our arrival in Nairobi, and advice guiding us through the process of getting to Arusha, convinced me that Northern Circuit was the right operator and we do not regret it one bit. I have members of my family wanting to safari now, so for sure we will use Northern Circuit in the future! Thank you guys for the wonderful time that will stay with us for ever. Great experience
We had a really good experience with this agency! I would reccomend to anyone. The trip was organized as we wanted. We did one week safari for a really good price and we enjoyed all the parks that we've visited. Our guide Tom was really profesional and super nice with us! We've been lucky and we managed to see all the animals.
Also Edwina has been always avaliable to answer all our questions.

Masai joy
Thank's Simon and Roman for making my 3-day trip to Lake Natron to a
road of joy. One of the highlights was the meeting with all the friendly Masais.
Climbing Oldonyo Lengai with my masai guide Ringa starting in the middle of
night was the greatest. I recomend it to all with good shape.
