“We Highly recommend Africa Safari Classics”
4/5

Hi Maurice,

We have back to the reality world and start our work as well. Everything is fine. It was a very memorable time for me and my wife with you and Boniface when we are in Kenya.
As I told you before, we have enquired several travel agents from the Kenya Tourism Official Website and your Company is the fastest one which gave us the feedback, and of course, the price is reasonable when compared to the other agents. We are much appreciated that your Company gave a lot of advices to us by emails which made us have more information on our mind.
The safari is good and Sunbird Lodge is a very good accommodation with lovely scenes, delicious food and facilities. The room is also very nice as we can look at the lake when we woke up. If we have more times, we can spend times in the Sunbird lodge and walk around the surrounding and have some times on enjoying the sunbath and swimming. It should be very nice then.
I would like to give Boniface a thumb. He always keeps the car clean as well as himself. We wanna say a big thanks to Boniface for taking us to the places, he is very good at spotting the animals and he drove us to watch many animals, with the help from Boniface. We are very lucky that we could watch the BIG 5 in the first 2 days trip. Boniface told us many animals’ information like the features of the animals and how to distinguish the male and female carnivores and herbivores. Boniface is very on-time, patient person who take care of us very well, he reminded us every time to safeguard our camera when we crosses some lakes and roads. When we started our first game drive in Masai Mara National Reserve, Boniface brought us to an area where a dead Thomson Gazelle’s was on the tree, suddenly Boniface told us the Leopard was heading towards the tree and he drove on the underbrush and let us see more clearly. The Leopard climbed on the tree and started its meal, it is a very precious moment as Leopard is hard is find and we can watch the whole process from climbing to eating.
Overall speaking, the Kenya Trip was a very good experience and memory for me and my wife and we will never forget the scenes we saw during the safari. As we back to work, we still not have too much time to sit down and share the nice photos with our friends, but we are very sure that we will highly recommend the Company, and the tour guide to our friends. Hope we can back to Africa and see with you guys in the coming futures. Cheers ^^

Regards,
Kit

Just a feedback. Your map of Gombe National Park on this website is completely wrong. It includes the site of Gombe Forest Lodge and the Kasekela tourist area, but the park boundary is utterly wrong it includes land east of the mountain ridge and beyond the road (wrong in both respects) and it misses-out all the valleys south of Kasekela until the park boundary just before Kazinga. I suggest you re-draw it please.

Great Safari with an excellent team!
4/5

We were with World Tours & Safaris Tanzania in a 4 days/3 nights tour in Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. The experience was really good, watch all those animals in their habitad, slept on the camping areas without walls was an amazing experience, what can I say about the night sounds...
Everything was excellent on the organisation, pickup & drop-off from the guesthouse, the food was plentiful and surprisingly tasty (excellent chef, I don't remember his name, sorry!). The guide/driver Mr.Cosmas was friendly, profesional and with predator eyes that allowed us to see all the animals that we seek, included the lazy & shy leopard. Rickson was our casual tour mate and future part of the tour company that share with us histories & wildlife knowledge. Thanks to all the team World tour Safaris Tanzania for the experience, we sincerely recommend you!

5 day Tarangire/Serengeti/Ngorongoro camping safari
4/5

First of all, we did book a budget (camping) safari and this company offers a really good price-performance ratio. We have had an awesome time and it was defintely a once in a lifetime experience for us. Our guide Frank was great. He was really friendly and motivated to show us as much animals as possible. Moreover, he was really responsible and tried to fullfill our personal wishes (we spended as much time as we wanted at special locations, e.g. we watched baby lions for more than an hour).
The cook Safafour did a great job and suprised us with really tasty meals.
Although it was a budget safari, the camping equipment for the custumers and also for the staff could be better. The tent was good, but the sleeping bags were quite old and the zipper did not work anymore for 2 of our four sleeping bags, which is a little bit problematic especially at the crater as it gets really cold at night. Moreover, the 'mattress' was very thin and a bit uncomfy.

An excellent experience overall, a little disappointed with Zanzibar
4/5

East Africa Wild Adventures organised our group's trip to Tanzania this summer and did a fantastic job - the guides, hotels and feral itinerary was well planned and executed. We stayed at the Arusha Coffee Lodge, the Neptune Crater Lodge, Four Seasons Serengeti and then in Zanzibar at Le Gemma Diamond. All our internal flights/game drives were well planned and the guides were accommodating and willing to cater to our individual preferences. The last hotel in Zanzibar, however, let us down and when we made our thoughts on the service and level of accommodation known to East Africa Adventures - the hotel was informed immediately and they did try and remedy the situation - unfortunately the property itself is not of the calibre to be part often Leading Hotels of the World group and by the time hotel management responded to our complaints (via East Africa Adventures) it was a little late to redeem our impression of the hotel, its service and the staff.

Professional
4/5

Interesting tour; professional and helpful drivers who also guide; good accomodation in lodges. Hotels in towns were too far from the centre (they should be changed) and for the city tour in Windhoek I paid 30 euro for seing and learning nothing (it should be done by a professional guide).

Selous Game Reserve Safari
4/5

We had a great safari with Kanuth Adventure Safaris. The food was absolutely great. On the first safari day we spotted many different animals and the guide Joseph was good to explain about the animals and the wild life. The second day we unfortunately had to help a couple of other cars, which broke down. That was a bit frustrating, because we only had two days of game drive. But we still saw many animals, which was great. Both the boat safari and walking safari were very good with passionated guides. On the safari we drove in a Toyota Land Cruiser with plenty of space and four wheel drive, which was a perfect vehicle for the safari trip.

Exellent and well-organized safari.
4/5

I thoroughly enjoyed the service provided by Karibu Safaris. We got to see all the Big 5 and many more animals. The tented camp we stayed at ,"Elephant Springs", was well kept and very comfortable. The meals provided throughout the experience were excellent.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to our driver. He was friendly enough and tried his best - driving over 100kms on our second day - but lacked the ability to interact with the clients on a scale that I have experienced on other safaris - this may have been due to an insufficient English language skills. It may also have been because we were in the back of a large mini-van and hearing was sometimes difficult. He also had a habit of driving close to other cars which meant 'eating' a lot of dust. It would have been easy to pull back a bit (say 50 metres) and avoid the dust. I understand he was sometimes in a hurry to get to rare animals (eg, rhino, cheetahs) when it was radioed through and I appreciate this. Also, he tended to drive off before we had finished photographing and on other safaris I have done the driver always made sure that we were ready to go.
The van we used had 8 people in it despite being promised that there would only be 7, with a window each. I suspect this was done to enhance profits. Admittedly I did change my dates a few times so maybe they had a good reason for this. This did not affect our safari so much as there were a couple of older ladies who had been on various safaris before and they were mostly happy to view from the windows. Make sure you are promised only 7 as it could get crowded at the top of the pop-up-top.
I think Karibu Safaris has a lot of promise. The driver we had just needs a few training tips and he will be fine. I would not hesitate to book them again.
