Wonderful company - owner went above and beyond to ease our trip in Kenya and guide George was great
We had a great 4 day/3 night safari in the Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru with Tazama for our honeymoon. Antony was very responsive over email in the planning of the safari and answered all of our questions. He was willing to organize a payment option that made us feel somewhat more comfortable than just wiring all the money in advance (which in retrospect would've been fine if anyone reading this is having similar doubts). We also had issues paying for the visa online (a known issue - the website doesn't seem to like major American credit cards) and the timeline got down to the wire, but I called Antony about 36 hours before we were supposed to leave and he got it all sorted. A HUGE relief. Finally, my husband had left his wallet, camera accessories and e-reader in one of the lodges and we didn't realize until a couple of days later. Antony organized a pickup and hand delivered the items to our hotel in Nairobi.
The safari itself was great. George was our guide and was very friendly and knowledgable about all the animals we saw - got all the Big 5, including some lion cubs and a leopard in a tree, which is apparently a rarity. He was well networked with all the other game drivers we saw, which I think was helpful in tracking down the animals. We went for the more expensive package for lodging because it was our honeymoon (which was not originally sent in the inquiry email but I asked about it after doing a little more research) and it did not disappoint. The prices were on par, if not slightly lower, than a couple of other companies we contacted, although definitely still a splurge. That being said, the lodges were luxury at it's finest (Entim Mara and The Cliff) and some honeymoon surprises were organized for us to make us feel extra special.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would recommend Tazama for anyone considering a safari in Kenya.

Super nice country, lots of animals, nice open people
Three days wildlife in Masai Mara were great, easy booking and reliable with Axis Africa Safaris. Lake Naivasha and nearby volcano also very nice. Diani Beach top! We reached it comfortable with train from Nairobi to Mombasa and Uber to Diani. Everywhere upper range hotels but also budget. Travelling by busses is easy. People are always helpful and like to talk. There are many sights left to visit. We have to come back.

Very pleasant experience with no surprises
What an experience we have had as a group of 12 members! Hitesh was on top of things right from day one and was so wonderfully flexible and made changes along the way, including talking to the resort managers and airlines to make spontaneous changes to accommodate our needs. I would definitely recommend him to anyone planning a trip to Africa for the Safari. It was so nice of Hitesh to arrange and join us for a farewell lunch at one of the best restaurants in town along with his cute little daughter and giving the whole experience a very personal touch.

What an amazing experience!
John made our safari unforgettable! He is kind, polite, he was been very patient woth our kids who loved him! He perfectly speaks both English and Italian. We enjoyed the best of Kenya thanks to his knowledge and his experience. He is by far the best guide we had anywhere in our trips in the world
We did a 3 days Hwange with African Coast, our guide Lucia was awesome.
Our trip was a success thanks to Lucia our tour guide, she was knowledgeable and our our itinerary was done professionally and Hwange national Park did not disappoint.

I did the a 3-days gorilla trekking tour with lake Bunyonyi with Musana Tours. Richard is professional, the communication wife
the booking was always swift, the price offered was competitive (esp. for solo traveller) and he always tried to accommodate the tour to my need. The itinerary is done efficiently with the first night stay in Bwindi so I didn’t have to wake up very early for the gorilla trekking the next day (as the lodge, which by the way is fantastic, is located close to the briefing point of the trek). The meals included in the tour were all delicious - which is a big plus.
Overall I can highly recommend Musana travel.

A very Professional Tour Operator with high customer Focus
I organized everything directly from Switzerland. Within 24h I already had a feedback from Tanzania Horizon. The whole documentation about the route as well as the info on their homepage is very professional. Elisabeth had an answer for all my questions. It was one of the only tour operators who immediately made me an offer for the not common Western Breach route. On site, everything worked perfectly as agreed before. ascent of Kili via the Western Breach Route worked flawlessly. The guide as well as the proters were all very professional and helpful. It was an incredible experience. There is really nothing to complain about. Also the support before and after the ascent of Kili was very exemplary.

I have done several hiking for example 3 and 5 days hiking. In the first time thought I couldn't make but through the encouraging effort and help from Duncan, I made it to the summit.
