An amazing trip and experience....highly recommend
I booked the trip via Winnie who I have to say was helpful and always replied prompt to my emails.
Me and my 2 sisters booked a 6 day safari the details of which i really left to Winnie. What can I say, it was the experience of a lifetime with so many memories.
The Serengeti was out of this world and would highly recommend doing the balloon ride, well worth the money.
We stayed in mid range accommodation so from a tent (with flushing toilet and shower and bed) to a nice hotel all in all I cannot fault.
Our guide Frank was just fabulous, he made the trip so much more enjoyable and was so knowledgeable.
I would highly recommend Ozon Light Tour, the service from beginning to end was just brilliant and the cost was highly competitive and great value for money.

Simply great!
Our trip in Uganda resulted fantastic with Big Apes and Peter, our guide. Everything was perfectly coordinated, we are asked about our prefferences for the activities, meals, he arranged us a place to have a shower before our long night flight back home... .We really felt very safe and relaxed knowing that Peter was with us and he was always trying to please us, doing his best so that we could spot as many animals as possible, take the best pictures...He has demonstrated at all times being a great professional. We have spent many hours together travelling, at the game drives and we had very interesting conversations. I would definitely recommend for an tour in Uganda.

There are many safari companies to choose from in Tanzania, but I'm going to say that Ozon Light has to be one of the best.
From the moment we started planning our safari, we knew we were in good hands with Winnie (and we went through many possible scenarios before we settled on a final itinerary, which involved many back and forth emails with Winnie, all of which were met with a prompt reply).
Although there are many ways to do a safari, we choose to do it as a "loop." We flew into Kilimanjaro and were picked up by our safari guide, Denis (more about that later). We had incorporated visits to 4 of the 5 parks- Lake Manyara, the Ngorongoro Crater, the Serengeti, and Tarangire National Parks (and this was the order we did them in).
We chose a "mid-range" safari, which meant that our accommodations (chosen by Ozon light) were in a combination of lodges.
I've reviewed all of the accommodations separately on Safari booking. They were all great. The safari itself was amazing. We saw the big 5, and everything else in between. Our guide, Denis, was nothing short of amazing.
So incredibly knowledgeable and just the perfect guide. We were totally into it, and we loved seeing everything, particularly the cats. We saw cheetahs, leopards, lions, lionesses. Denis had the uncanny ability to spot the animals and we were often able to get very close to what we were viewing. Saw the wildebeest migration, tons of giraffes, gazelles, hartebeests, impalas, zebras, all sorts of birds - cranes, storks, ostriches, as well as salamanders and lizards (the Jackson chameleon and the monitor lizard), baboons, monkeys, and many, many elephants. Denis knew the name of every single thing he pointed out.
Lastly Don't be afraid to ask a lot of questions - you'll have a much greater experience for it. And if Winnie lets you choose a guide, we unanimously vote Denis as Serengeti Safari Guide Supreme. You will not be disappointed. We loved every minute of it!!

An Expert Tour Operator!
We just returned from our honeymoon to Tanzania & Zanzibar, booked through Mama Savana. Our vacation was incredible and unforgettable, and exceeded all expectations!
The team at Mama Savana truly knows how to deliver exceptional customer service. From my initial inquiry to the final follow-up after the safari, Alex was prompt, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making our trip a success. He patiently answered all my questions and customized the itinerary to cater to our preferences and interests. Upon arrival to JRO, Issa was there to greet us and transfer us to Arusha. Later that evening, Alex met us where we paid him the balance in cash (which I was initially hesitant about, but it worked out great).
The next day, we began our 5-day safari. The heart and soul of any safari lie in the expertise of the guides, and our guide Mustapher couldn’t have been better! He was not only knowledgeable about the wildlife and landscapes but also enthusiastic about sharing his insights. Each game drive felt like a unique adventure, and we were privileged to witness the captivating beauty of Africa's diverse wildlife up close. In addition to seeing the Big Five in two different parks (Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater), we saw countless other amazing animals and the sheer amount of wildlife left us in awe. We had so much fun riding in the well-maintained Land Cruiser that Mustapher cleaned out each night. Mustapher let us spend as much time watching different animals as we wanted, and would always ask before continuing the drive.
Our accommodations were fabulous throughout the whole trip. We stayed in a range of luxury lodges and tented camps (Burunge Tented Lodge, Lake Manyara Kilimamoja Lodge, Osinon Camps & Lodges [2 nights], and Ngorongoro Oldeani Mountain Lodge). We were treated with outstanding hospitality everywhere we went. Falling asleep to the sounds of wildlife and waking up to breathtaking vistas was an experience like no other.
After our 5-day safari concluded, we took a Flightlink flight from Arusha to Zanzibar where we relaxed for 4 days on the pristine beaches.
The success of our trip is all thanks to Mama Savana, and we can’t recommend them enough. And if you get a chance to request a guide, we highly highly recommend Mustapher!

Amazing Adventure!
I couldn't be more pleased with African Big Cats Safaris! From our initial contact to the end of our trip, the whole team was amazingly professional, helpful and in tune with what was important to us. Their Nine Day Safari to Sinya, Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti provided opportunities to experience different elevations and eco-systems and view the Big Five and Great Migration. We added an extra day to hike the rim of the Ngorongoro and learn more about area culture and farming. Kanti was an amazing guide, so personable and fun to be with, daily making the trip a truly memorable experience. He got us up close to so many animals, helped us identify the many birds and new species we saw, and made sure we got the best photos to remember it all. The accommodations were comfortable and the food was delicious. The vehicle was comfortable, clean and in good condition, something we hadn't thought about until we met others who had breakdowns and flat tires. African Big Cats Safaris took care of all the details to make our safari an experience beyond our expectations, and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to visit Tanzania!

Perfect guides in perfect place!
We had a pleasant, exciting 8 days safari trip (Kenya & Tanzania) with Shanjoy Tours. Both guides (Patrick and Hasan) were amazing. They shown us everything what we expected and much more. They gave us the best experience - animals, a lot of information about countries and animals’ behavior, best camps and amazing conversations.
For us - they are 100% valuable. I truly recommend Shanjoy! The best adventure in my life (and I saw almost 20 countries)

Magical Safari with Mufasa
Our 4 day safari with Mufasa was a magical experience. We highly recommend Mufasa and also out tour guide, Daniel. He did an amazing job showing us the Big 5 as well as many other animals. We saw animals off the beaten track that no one else saw because Daniel was so good at finding them. He was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable. If you do this safari, ask for Daniel! We chose the luxury option and our lodgings were wonderful, the food was delicious, and the staff was so friendly. We just can’t say enough good things about our entire experience. Joel, who helped us plan our trip, was very responsive, friendly, and helpful with accommodating our requests We highly recommend Mufasa Tours and Travels to anyone who’s considering going to Kenya for a safari.
