Friendly, kind and well organised
5/5

Firstly, I am happy to experience big 5 :)

1) Driver/Guide is Friendly, patient, kind and well experienced. He has shown us Animals close up and explained history of National parks and Tanzania culture. He knew each and every path of Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro park (believe in me it’s really hard to know each and every path of these big National parks) (5/5)

2) Chef is awesome ( vegetarians and non-vegetarian friendly dishes) Serving, presentation and Taste is very good (5/5)

3) The Crater explorer Tours team explained each and every step before reserving the trip. They organised the trip the way they explained before reservation. 100% satisfied.

4) They have offered Day before and Day after Safari free hotel accommodation.
Free Airport pick up and drop off. They are on time for total trip.

I highly recommend this trip to all wild life Safari lovers :)

Great Planning, Sweet and Kind guide and very dedicated towards customer service and hospitality
5/5

We had booked Dendea Tanzania Experiences from their website. All the bookings, doubts, clarifications, itinerary making, etc were done on whatsapp so it made it easier for me as a client as well instead of emails.

The itinerary was planned as per my wish and the accommodations that were booked were very good in all terms such as Rooms, Breakfast, Dinner and takeaway lunch.

On the tour, we were explained everything about what’s happening and at the end of the day, a small brief too was given for the next day itinerary. Out Guide, Mr. Sudi was an excellent guide who was super sweet to us and very accommodating to our requests. He made sure we didnt have any kind of trouble or face any inconveniences at all.

Value for money = 10/10
Reliability = 10/10
Service = 10/10.

Dear Dendea Team,
I wish you’ll all the success for your business and continuing growing and hustling with a smile. We loved your services. Maintain these high standards always.

Simon and Africa Beast Safari will ensure you have a memorable time in Africa!
5/5

As a solo female traveller, I was looking forward to having a safe travel experience and exploring what Zimbabwe and Botswana had to offer, and I defiantly had that. I went for the 7 day Victoria Falls, Chobe National Park & Okavango Delta, and I had such an incredible time. The hotels were beautiful and comfortable, all the activities were so well organised, and the food was incredible. I got to see everything I wanted to see, got beautiful photos, and amazing memories. I really had no complaints, next time I come to Botswana-Zimbabwe I will definitely travel with Africa Beast Safari again; they really ensured that I was comfortable and enjoying my travel, which I for sure did!

Chloe Cottrell is very efficient and incredibly organized.
5/5

We reached out to Off2Africa and two other tour operators to put together a custom itinerary to Botswana and Namibia a month before our travel. Chloe Cottrell from Off2Africa was the first to respond and had a fantastic itinerary customized for us based on our input of what we needed. Additionally, her quote was 30% cheaper than other operators for the same luxury experience.

In Botswana, she arranged a phenomenal safari experience with Desert and Delta involving stays at Savuti, Xugana, Moremi, and Chobe with each stay planned to perfection in terms of activities, experience, food, number of days etc. We were expecting Bostwana to be a great destination, but Chloe's planning still far exceeded our expectations of the experience. She made sure our transfers were smooth and we literally didn't need to do anything from our end other than to pack and show up on time. Despite doing a safari for 9-10 days, we didn't feel like the trip was repetitive or redundant as each camp had something entirely different to offer.

In Namibia, she arranged a fantastic trip with Wilderness Safaris which included Sossusvlei and a safari in private game reserve in South Etosha. She made sure we only needed to do air transfers to maximize our time in Namibia since we only had 5-6 days to spend in this country. Our first connecting flight was delayed (commercial flight which was not in Chloe's or safari operators' control) which made us miss our first night in Namibia and Chloe efficiently connected with Wilderness Safaris on the delay and pick up. Her communication and management resulted in us not needing to do anything from our end and prevented a lot of stress.

Overall, Chloe made our trip extremely memorable and we will definitely reach out to her to plan our next vacation in Africa! I cannot recommend her enough!!

nice attitude
4/5

Overall service is good with nice tour guide. The tour is well-planned too. We can see many different animals. But I suggest to choose lodge instead of camp. It’s because the environment of camp is really not good.

completely disorganized and made me feel unsafe
2/5

African Sermon Safaris was completely disorganized and had no idea what they were doing. As a solo traveller, I felt unsafe and like I was going to be stranded somewhere. To start, the company gave me no information about my pick up until I asked them multiple questions. They also messed up my reservation and initially put me in the wrong tour, despite me confirming multiple times which tour I wanted to do. When the driver picked me up, he drove me to a random gas station in Nairobi where we waited for the jeep to take me to Masai Mara. The jeep never came, so we went back into the city center to find it. I also assumed everyone on my tour would be staying at the same camp as me and doing the same itinerary, but that wasn't the case. I was the only one out of the people on my tour to stay at my camp. I signed up for the budget tour, so I knew the camp wouldn't be anything fancy, but the camp wasn't gated and our tents didn't even have locks on them. Everyone who worked at the camp was very friendly, but there also wasn't electricity except for 3 hours a day. Anyways, after the first two game drives, the driver thought I was going to Nakuru the next day, but I was supposed to stay in Masai Mara, so they didn't tell me until the next morning who would be taking me on my game drive, since everyone else in my tour was either going back to Nairobi or to Nakuru. It turns out they completely switched which tour company I was with and I finished the rest of the tour with Jocky Tours (which was a much better tour FYI). Except African Sermon Safaris never even told me I was being switched companies -- I only found out from talking to others on the tour. I was supposed to go back to Nairobi the next morning, and they didn't tell me who was taking me until the next morning at 8am. Also, the company never told me. The woman who ran the camp was the one who coordinated my trip back to Nairobi. Anyways, I know all the companies and camps work together, but it felt extremely disorganized and I hated being passed between drivers and companies. In total, I had 6 different drivers throughout my 4 day trip. Even on my way back to Nairobi they had me switch into a different car, which would have been fine, but then they realized they messed up and put me back in the original car. I'm surprised I wasn't stranded somewhere/didn't end up in a different city. While I still had the time of my life on the safari, I would never book with African Sermon Safaris again. It was extremely stressful and the communication was terrible.

About: Mazingira
Friendly, helpful, answered all our questions in a timely manner.
5/5

Just finished a 2 day safari with Mazingira Eco Friendly safaris out to Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park. It was a beautiful experience! Jacob was very helpful setting up a safari camp for our volunteer group of 20 and stuck to our tight budget. Our guides David, Tom, and Daniel were knowledgeable, happy, and fun to be around! Would definitely recommend Mazingira and plan to travel with Mazingira again in the future.

Highly recommended!
5/5

My family (me, my husband, and our 5-year-old) booked a 13-day safari trip. The communication with Anne was very smooth. We had Eluid as our guide in Kenya and Mike from Migada Adventures as our guide in Tanzania. Both of them were extremely professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and helpful.
We visited Masai Mara and Amboseli in Kenya, and Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara, and Tarangire in Tanzania, and were able to see over thirty species of mammals and over one hundred species of birds. Also, we took pictures and videos of wildebeests migrating, lions mating, elephants with babies, etc,...
Anne helped us arrange a night safari in Lake Manyara, which was also awesome. We were able to see some bushbabies and genets there.
This trip is truly AMAZING MEMORY for my family!
