Midan and Noel are friendly, funny, take care of everything and make sure you enjoy your trip. We got free transport from our accomodation back to Arusha airport, even though it was already a few days after the safari!
We had an unforgettable safari experience. We were lucky to see the big 5 and many other animals. Our guide Alex knew a lot about the animals and we felt very safe with him as our driver.
Both the lodges and the campsite were amazing: friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms and good food! Having a beer next to a campfire in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by animals, with a sky full of stars is just mind-blowing.
Keep in mind that the distances between the parks are quite big, so a 4-day trip is really the minimum if you want to do Tarangire, Ngorogoro and Serengeti. The trip might feel a bit rushed sometimes, but it is totally worth it and you will get to see an insane amount of animals anyway!

Amazing Safari Experience
We had an absolutely amazing time during our 3-Day Safari trip at Selous National Park. Our driver and guide Allen was outstanding. We fully enjoyed the time with him. Very kind, funny and at the same time very experienced and professional. The boat trip with Kazim, the walking tour with bushman simba and the village tour with Shaban. Everything was perfectly organized and well explained. Additionally everyone at the camp (Africa Safari) including the helpful masai and the service team were great. Always smiling and providing excellent service. We can definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

A ray of sunshine
I had never been on a Safari and was not sure what to expect. Jocky tours, and especially Raheem, our driver, made sure that our experience was nothing short of magical. Raheem is experienced, professional, friendly, and, extremely knowledgable. We were greeted early every morning with a big smile and taken to explore the corners of the Maasai Mara and Nakuru parks, seeing more animals than we thought possible in their national habitat and learning interesting facts about the parks, animals, and culture. Thank for making our Safari experience unforgettable!

Very professional, funny and great animal spotter!
Our Safari with Freddy was amazing. We went from Tarangire to Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Freddy is the perfect Guide, great at spotting the most amazing Wildlife, and so we were fortunate to see 4 out of the big 5 - and a lot of them as well :)

Excellent Customer Service
Amazing Safari game drive. From the very beginning, in the previous months of travelling, the communications with Robert (Trip Advisor) were perfect (organization, payment method and solving doubts).
Talking about the trip, our Game Drive guide was Eduard. Such a lovely man and good driver. He made our Safari memorable. We could see all possible animals, even the most difficult ones such as cheta, leopard, rhinos, lyons...
I would really recommend this operator to the people. Funny holidays!

They are professional and expereicend. Jong, was our safari planner, he was patient and prompt in communication. We asked him a lot of questions, and he answered all. Our safari guide was Solomon, who was experienced in driving and aniamls. We were fully satisfied about their service and accomodation choices. Recommend them!

Excellent experience, great communication, custom itinerary.
Our trip was postponed for two years due to COVID-19, the agency provided updates and continued communication during this time.
Our travel agent made recommendations based on our interest. What is even more valuable is that she have stayed at the camps and lodges she had recommended.
Our final itinerary included 2 days at Victoria Falls, 7 nights at 3 different camps in the Okavango Delta (west, north and east of the Delta).
My family of 4 (children 18 and 15) had an amazing trip and returned with stories that we will tell for a lifetime -leapoard kill, lions mating, the safari jeep off roading, the beautiful camps and staff, etc.

We had been looking to go on a Safari in Kenya for quite some time and after researching decided to use Crossriver Safaris to set everything up for us. We could not have been happier with the service, communication and the Masai Mara tour!
We went with an 3 days private trip Masai Mara reserve. Communication with our driver guide was excellent and she had all the answers to the many questions we had. Our tour guide Bonnie was excellent and very knowledgeable! We saw so many animals up close and far away..

Amazing experience, truly memorable
I booked this tour through Lucky who saw to my every request from leopards to Bushmen, lucky enough to see 3 Leopards and 2 Cheetahs travelled from Savuti through to the Kalahari and back to Maun, driver was exceptional along with cook who provided us some lovely meals, tents were roomy felt safe and looked after throughout our Botswana tour
