After our initial (slightly vague) enquiry, Lilly at Cardboard Box came up with a suggested itinerary. I sounded excellent and well thought out. She changed a couple of things at our request and handled the whole booking process efficiently and with great professionalism. Pre departure information was really comprehensive and helpful. Any questions we asked got answered fully and promptly.
In hindsight, all the camps / B&Bs / lodges suggested and booked were awesome and, I think, were chosen very well with our style of travel / requests in mind.
I'd use Cardboard Box (and recommend Lilly as a contact person) again in a heartbeat.

Life changing AND life-affirming in every way possible
Thank you for the trip of a lifetime. Starting with Denise in Reservations, Patrick My ever-faithful driver, Addo elephant park the, De Drift Inn, and then the amazing Shamwari . I can’t speak highly enough....Simbu, Marley, my ever gracious hosts, James my dedicated and delightful Game driver and all of the staff to say it was exceptional is a massive understatement. And then on to 5th Ave., Beach’s house in PE with Chantelle, Ada, and Sandy. I made friendships that will last a lifetime I loved it so much I did not want to leave!! I plan to return and hopefully purchase a home there in the next two years. Thank you for the gracious, welcoming, delightful, trip of a lifetime. It was not only life affirming, is life-changing. I will be back as soon as possible....and hoping to buy. Home there in2 yours. Amazing country and amazing people. Once in a lifetime experience
Had a 3 days safari with Mwendo and it was absolutely amazing! Spent 2 days in the Serengeti and one in Ngongoro Crater and managed to see everything on my list (Big 5, Big Cats, everything!). The guide (Kephe) was highly knowledgeable, patient and entertaining and the chef (Side) was extremely helpful and skilled - had great food throughout the trip! I stayed in a tent, which was very comfortable, big and extremely waterproof - it rained one night but no sights of water inside. The jeep was comfortable and Kephe was a very careful driver.

We had an amazing trip to Southern Africa. The itinerary we had included Victoria Falls (the Zimbabwean side), a day trip to Chobe, a visit to Great Zimbabwe and Cape Town. Amazing Tour Experience!
The safari tour was really good! Especially with our driver Ambrose! He is an expert to find animals and I learn a lot of things about animals from him! He is really good! And the people here are so kind. Whenever I got something wrong, they will help me to solve it! The hotel and the camps are also good, near the park so we can got into the park very early! I really enjoyed my whole trip!

Amazing experience!
The safari tour was really good and fantastic! Especially with Ambrose (the driver)! He is really nice and satisfied all our requests. I really learn a lot about animals from him. I saw every thing I wanted to see and took a lot of great animals. Ambrose is the expert to find animals! I really enjoyed my whole trip!

Pleasant experience
It’s a pleasant trip with our guide, Joseph. He’s very helpful and responsible in making sure all our requests are met. The only drawback is the wifi wasn’t available on most of the lodge which had cause much inconvenience.
