Visiting Tanzania was nothing short of unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warmth and hospitality of the people.
The safari experience was the highlight of my trip. Witnessing the Great Migration in the Serengeti, spotting elephants in Tarangire, and marveling at the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater felt like stepping into a living documentary. The abundance of wildlife left me in awe and every game drive offered something new and magical.
Beyond the safaris, Tanzania's landscapes are incredibly diverse. The white sandy beaches of Zanzibar felt like paradise. It's rare to find a destination that combines adventure, relaxation and cultural richness.

The trip to Tanzania with Migration Venture Africa has been amazing ! We had the opportunity to see lots of wildlife and natural landscapes and sleep in tent in the middle of the Savannah. Our guide, Julius, was greatly prepared, kind and very attentive to our needs; he made the trip even more amazing.
The roads are mainly dirt roads and this can be a bit frustrating but it is worth the trip.
Just a bit of change of plans (change of accommodations) which annoyed us a bit but overall the travel agency has been amazing.

I`ve always dreamed to seeing wild animals, particularly lions, in their own habitat. We did a 5 day tour through Tangarire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti national parks and saw more and closer up than we ever expected. A lot of the credit goes to our driver Fazil. While keeping his eyes on the bumpy track, he still spotted animals that we could only see with our binoculars. August was the ideal time to travel, pleasant temperatures. We felt safe and comfortable. The stays in the lodges (tents on platforms) were unexpectedly luxurious. All the staff was very pleasant and helpful.
After the safari we continued to Zanzibar to a beach hotel in the north. Food was excellent, rooms in our hotel were mediocre. I spent the last few days in Stonetown expecting some interesting sights. Stonetown is a World Heritage site, but it seems to me that the prized buildings have disappeared among new high rise buildings. I did see a few of the renowned carved doors.
I can highly recommend Tanzania as a travel destination.

My first trip to Africa was an incredible experience, and I was thrilled with Tanzania's amazing safari offerings. Our journey was expertly organized by Dancing Simba Safaris, who seamlessly accommodated our request to include a hike on Mount Kilimanjaro.
Our contact, Cynthia, was always available to help and made adjustments throughout our trip to ensure everything was perfect. Our safari driver was exceptionally knowledgeable about the animals' habitats and behaviors, enabling us to spot all the key species. A highlight was getting a close-up view of lions and cubs relaxing and playing in their natural environment.
The Masai village cultural experience is a must-do. We had the privilege of interacting with Masai families and learning about their history. Another unforgettable moment was spending half a day with a guide from the Chaga tribe. He involved us in the entire process of making coffee—from raw bean to brewed cup—while singing

a Swahili song along the way. The homemade traditional organic lunch was both delicious and nutritious.
The country is blessed with wonderful weather and an abundance of tropical fruits, such as deliciously creamy avocados, watermelons, guavas, and papayas.
We rounded off our trip with a visit to Zanzibar, which boasts beautiful white-sand beaches on the east coast. It's an ideal location for kite surfing and the perfect place to relax after our safari adventures.

I woke up the morning of the first day and I couldn't believe I was in Africa. This was a bucket list trip for me and my husband and I was not disappointed. Each and every day brought new animals, new beauty and new scenery into our lives. We used Safari Soles and our tour guide, Isaac, was absolutely amazing. His knowledge of the animals and his ability to find them was truly incredible. Our first stop was the Tarangire National park near Arusha and my first experience seeing giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, elephants, and baboons in the wild. They were not shy of us and "posed" for pictures readily. From there we headed to the Serengeti National Park where we spent most of our visit. The landscape was often stark but very beautiful and lots of interesting rock formations in addition to all the animals which I will not bore you with listing. We saw every animal I could think of. We did take the balloon safari and we did enjoy the view, but was hard to get good pictures

of the animals from above. I would recommend doing that heartily, but just enjoy the flight and put pictures on the back burner - you'll enjoy it more. We finished our tour in the Ngorongoro Crater which was just as magnificent as I'd always envisioned. It had a large savannah area as well as lakes and waterways which were quite lush. Tons of animals in every location. We were even able to view, from a distance, the elusive rhinoceros! Overall, there were nice picnic areas and bathroom facilities at all the parks, well maintained, and in convenient locations which was very nice and unexpected. We even had the opportunity to share one of our bathrooms with a friendly local elephant. Our last day we went to Kilimanjaro and did a short hike (2-3 miles) to the Mashariki waterfall. The trail was a bit rough, but completely manageable even for older folks. The waterfall was beautiful and worth the hike. We did head over to the Chemka Hot Springs on our way back to Arusha, but we were there on a weekend when it was very crowded and we were disappointed that it was not a hot spring... just a beautiful cold spring. We did not take in much of the local culture as we had a tight schedule, but everyone we met on our trip was very friendly and we felt very safe. The roads inside the parks were bumpy, dirt roads, but were very well maintained and not as rough as we thought they would be. It was dry season when we went so it was very dusty. I can't say enough about our visit and if you have the opportunity to go, I would highly recommend it. I will never forget it.

We visited Tanzania after requesting some quotations for our expected trip via Safari Bookings, which proved an extremely helpful platform. We selected the travelling option that best fitted our expectations after receiving 5 quotations and made an unforgettable experience by spending 5 Safari days and 4 beach days at Zanzibar., thanks to the efforts of Full Package Adventures and Yusuph, who organised our complex trip with great detail.
We really enjoyed the Safari days we spent with our guide, Gilbert, who was extremely knowledgeable in general terms, reliable and capable of showing us the best landscapes and wildlife views. Our time in Zanzibar, was also very interesting. We loved to learn about the story of Stone town and the island and really loved visiting the market full of wonderful spices, fish and fruit. We had time to rest close to the beach were we enjoyed excellent food and drinks on top of the wonderful views of the Indic Ocean and the beach.

what we loved the most was the kind, professional and helpful nature of Tanzanian people in all placed we visited. They always had a smile in their faces and were really to help and have a kind chat with us. We also loved Tanzanian cuisine that we enjoyed in every single hotel we stood at, lunch packs included. Masai lamb, goat and the way food was seasoned in general, proved a pleasure for us.
In summary, we loved the people, the landscapes, the wildlife, the food and drinks (Tanzanian beer was also quite good!) and hope to go back for a visit in the near future, devoting again most of the time to Safaris which were one of the most striking experience of our lives.

What a fantastic holiday we had! Everyone we met in Tanzania was incredibly kind and friendly. We could all learn a thing or two from them. It's painful to see the stark contrast between the lives of the locals and those of us tourists. Tanzania truly has a special place in my heart! The safaris were amazing! The Serengeti is definitely my favorite; the vastness and the tranquility it exudes are so overwhelming, even as you drive, stand, and sleep among the wild animals. An overnight stay in the Serengeti is absolutely recommended. It's wonderful to hear lions roar and hyenas laugh while you're snuggling in your tent. Our next trip to Tanzania will be one where we want to give something back to the locals and breathe in the Tanzanian air again.
