7 day Nortern Tanzania Safari
We used Savannah Explorers for a 7 day safari and could not be any happier with our experience! Our guide Junior was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, but most importantly he has an unreal ability to spot animals (which is the whole point of the safari!) The whole thing was amazing but I’ll highlight our first full day in the Serengeti in particular-Junior asked if we would mind a slightly longer drive to be closer to the Migration, and of course we said yes. Even though it was a longer and harder drive for him (the roads in the park are challenging) he went out of his way to make sure we had the best day possible. We ended up seeing a pride of lions, more than 10 cheetahs, including a family which is really rare, and another pride of lions in the midst of a giant herd of wildebeest. communicate with, the accommodations they put us in were all great (especially Marera View Lodge which doesn’t seem to have a page on here yet but I would HIGHLY recommend) and we felt it was a very good value. This safari was part of our 3 week honeymoon in Tanzania and it was a truly unforgettable experience!!

A Fantastic 2 day safari
I decided to go for a two days safari with Jiwe Adventures after completing the Kilimanjaro hike with them. I thought that after living such a wonderful experience Jiwe adventures would provide a similar experience with the safari and I was right. Our safari guide was amazed... as was I, that the first day revealed such a great variety of animals. Jiwe adventures is a well organized company with employees who respect their customers and see to their well being. I can't emphasize enough about the great experience and adventures I lived while in the hands of these people which I hold in high regards.

unforgettable! We got caught up in the game of discovering animals in the savannah which is really not easy! We were fascinated by the several thousand wildebeest, zebras and gazelles with their babies in the plain between the Ngorongoro and the Serengeti. Above all, you have to descend into the Crater. It is a wonderful experience and the only place to see rhinos. The weather was very very rainy during our stay. Driving on extremely muddy or completely flooded roads was really complicated but Fasili was a very careful driver, he knew his 4x4 perfectly and not once did we get bogged down. Despite these conditions which demanded a lot of attention, he showed us the animals in the savannah. And arriving at the camp, he pitched the tent for us !!! We loved the experience of sleeping in the tent especially when the buffaloes came to graze at the foot of the tent and the hyenas and the prowling lions! Absolutely guaranteed thrill! Our cook Sangua prepared excellent and hearty meals for us. Changing your kitchen every day requires good organization. The atmosphere was very nice on the camps. The two of us made sure that we had an unforgettable time and that always with a smile and a kind word. Thank you Vasili and Sangua! Highly recommended!

Our second trip to Tanzania fulfilled our expectations
We were very satisfied with the wildlife we passed by, including most of the known animals living in Tanzania.
Accommodation was very good, guide excellent. We are thankful that the company drove us 170 km til Haydom after the safari

Wildlife-cum-birding Safari
We are a group from Hong Kong joining the above safari organised by Savannah Explorers. The service provided from the very beginning of planning to the final execution is indeed efficient and well organised. All liaison matters were carried out through email with Albert who was quick to response and fulfil our request as far as possible. All accommodations and meals provided are up to our expected standard and beyond. Throughout the 10-day safari, the head guide Abdul and his team members Modi and Hamic placed everyone's safely and welfare as their priority. They have worked long hours daily to ensure we could meet and encounter animals and birds that we're interested. We all felt indebted to their excellent services and profound wildlife knowledge.

Park Selous is beautiful only agency and terrible guide
The Selous Park is beautiful. And so many of our dibrtch memories from Tanzania. Afebxha was waiting for us by changing the number of employees in the contract. It was only after our intervention that she confessed to guilty and we received a compensation. The guide himself gave me that this job did not suit him and we were so tired with each other these few days.

WONDERFULL, THE BEST EXPERIENCE!!!
I really enjoyed everything, the food was delicious, the transportation amacing in this kind of jeep everybody can see, the wildlife is wonderfull and is incredible to see all the animals in their habitat, our guide Denis was excellent, he always say HAKUNA MATATA and it is true to enjoy everything.
I recomend it !!!! a wonderfull experience!!!

A great wildlife experience. We saw more animals than I expected
The company is a great low-budget option. The food was amazing, the car was good and we felt safe. They guide was friendly, but didn't tell us much about the animals and the environment. That is the only reason I give 4 stars and not five. I can really recommend this trip.

success. With no window screens, a plague of small flies forced us back to our room where we said we would take room service. TWO hours later, after many “only 5 more minutes “, food arrived cold and not looking like the restaurant pictures at all and no drinks that were ordered. It was hot in the room and air conditioning was needed and thankfully our room had a unit. After 45 minutes of fiddling with the remote, several calls to the front desk, new batteries in the remote, still no air conditioning. Another round of calls for help and finally a maintenance man came to look at our unit. He quickly turned on the wall switch near the bathroom and, tadaaaa, we had cooler air. Could nobody have shown us this earlier? We had many frustrations that day/night but all could have been resolved if we had been informed of the workings of our room in the beginning. Arrrrgh. The safari starts tomorrow and there is no way it could get worse . As a matter of fact, it was fantastic. Our first day was the Tarangire National Park. Next two days were in The Serengeti and our final drive was in the Ngorongoro Crater. Witnessing all the animals in these places was awe inspiring and an experience we will never forget. Thomas did his best to get us great views and many times closer to the animals than we ever expected. We could count the flies on the lioness ‘s nose we were so close. The safari lodge and tented camp arranged by Kiliholidays were both excellent and very accommodating. The tented camp was an exciting African experience and highly recommended. The food was ample and very tasty. Overall, despite our start, our adventure on this safari was unique and memorable. We would recommend you make this adventure a reality and we do not hesitate to recommend Kiliholidays. Thanks also to Safaribookings for their help.

Life changing
EarthLife tours, Deo and Agrey were amazing. Our safari was nothing our wildest dreams could have ever imagined. To experience first hand the symbiotic relationship of the circle of life was beyond our wildest dreams. Our guide was so knowledgeable, kind and patient. We have memories for a life time and none of our world travels compare to our experience in Tanzania. We are looking forward to returning soon! Thank you!
