Extremely personal and customer service focused
World class tour service. Booking our tour was very simple and the arrangements were seamless. Our driver Sibo was on-time and provided excellent service to and from the park. My wife and I throughly enjoyed the entire experience. Highly recommend this tour.

Smoothest airport pickups and drop offs
Carson was especially timely and friendly. Got us safely to the airport with plenty of time. Along the way he was giving us fun facts and even helping us plan for our trip to Zimbabwe.

Go for it! It was the best experience and so worth the money spent. The park is beautiful, the employees are fantastic, but the animals (obviously) were the star of the show. Thank you Martin, our brilliant tour guide. So good at what he does.

Stanley was incredibly amazing, he put forth every effort to make our experience was over the top!
Stanley was prompt and communicated exactly what we could expect. What he didn’t tell us was how amazingly incredible he was going to make this trip for us. This was my daughter’s first time to South Africa and on a safari so we were hoping to make memories!! Stanley made it so not only did we get to see the Big Five, but we also got to see and learn about so many other animals!! His knowledge of the animals was incredible and very interesting! He was all about making sure we were completely taken care of. Not only making it so that we got to see so many different animals, but also he helped with our hotel room, meals, and even took us to the shops when we asked. His knowledge, experience, and even character are what helped make this a once in a lifetime experience!!

Martin was very kind and knowledgeable about the animals we saw.
I really enjoyed this experience. They set expectations in advance that you may not see every animal that you hope to see because of the large area and freedom of the animals. I thought the tour was a great value for the price since hotel pick up/drop off and lunch were included. Highly recommend.
