Amazing trip & service
We are so happy of our honeymoon trip that we finally made in december 2021- january 2022. Lisa has been so flexible, kind and helpful all the way. We had to change the trip 3 times due to covid (even once just a day before the actual trip) and Lisa has always been perfect in modifying the whole trip for us and postponing it. She has advised us on great safaris, lodges and activities in Botswana and Zimbabwe. She is always available for information even during the trip. Before the trip, she takes a lot of time to discuss your needs in details and find the best options for you. Go for it, you won't regret it!

Incredible 3-day hike to Mount Meru
After already having done a 7-day safari with Suricata Safaris, we decided to do our Mount Meru hike also with them - and we were not disappointed! We had a great hike and our guide Alex and the entire team, including the chef and all porters, were very professional, calm and friendly in every situation. On our private tour, we had a lot of fun with the team and we always enjoyed a very good food, which gave us all the energy needed to master the mountain. Of course, the highlight of the trip was the summit of Mount Meru, with an incredible sunrise and an awesome view on the crater and Kilimanjaro. A big thanks to Suricata, Alex and the entire team, to make this possible!

Fabulous tour simply excellent
It was beautiful tour. We had a lot of fun. Everything was well organised. The food was good. The weather was very nice.
Masai people are pretty nice.
The driver was fantastic.
He is really good driver and very nice, he showed us everything and always asked what he can do for us and always explained in detail.

It was perfect
The safari was very good. We enjoyed it a lot. The driver was very kind, the food was delicious, the accomodation was in a Good tent on beautiful places. In the beginning i was a little bit skeptical, because it sounded too good for this price, but in the end everything worked very well. It was an incredible experience. Tanks so much for that.

Not recommendable
We booked a combined trip to Rwanda and DRC. The services in Rwanda were close to what was offered. In DRC, however, Aaron tried to rip us off. Instead of the 3-star lodge we had booked and paid for, they wanted to put us up in a room without any standard (no water, used towels). We had to spend a night there and really struggle to get to the lodge we had booked. The Congolese guide kept telling us that he had not received any money from Safari 2 Gorilla Tours and therefore could not pay for the services we had booked. Aaron only gave us completely idiotic excuses like Covid, no cook in the lodge (all lies, there were good staff in the lodge). Safari 2 Gorilla Tours is not recommended because they are dishonest and that is dangerous when paying in advance. 2 hours before departure we were suddenly informed of the change in accommodation, where there was no way of defending ourselves. Should tours deny this, photos of paid and received services as well as price and itinerary follow.

Professional
Mercy at holidays dealers made our holiday a memorable one. Our stay at Sweetwaters tented camp in Nanyuki was very relaxing and Peter our driver/our guide made our game drives exciting by ensuring we saw most of the game. Nanyuki is very cold and our morning game drive was no different. But Mercy made sure that too was catered for by giving us all complimentary lovely Masai shukas. If you looking for a well organized and efficient holiday, I highly recommend Holiday Dealers.

"Go local for an amazing experience"
Amongst the tour companies we contacted Explore Green Africa Safaris was by far the most responsive, and understood what we wanted and tailored the safari perfectly to us,questions and changes were dealt with in a timely fashion and we headed to Tanzania very confident in the arrangements. On arrival we were not disappointed, and as soon as the safari started we knew we had made the correct choice. Our Guide Michael was a perfect match for us, and the 9 days we spent in the bush with him were a dream. There was never the feeling of being rushed through anything, we could stop and observe the animals and birds at will, with Michael filling it in with his years of knowledge of the wildlife. All of the accommodations were well located in or near the parks and were very nice. I only wish we had had more time over all, and that was after 9 days! There is some much to see and experience in Tanzania and we just scratched the surface, this safari wouldn't be possible without Explore Green Africa Safaris!
Would recommend them to everybody.

Well taken care of
I am happy I chose this company for my safari. Everything was well organized and I felt in good hands : pick up at the airport, meeting with Emmanuel at the hotel... important details when you travel on your own.
The safari offered way more than I expected. I have seen more animals than I would have ever thought. The food was delicious and the camps nicely located in a wild environment. Thank you for this enjoyable moment.
