Unreliable and unprofessional operator who doesn't stick to the marketed quote
Beforehand we did enjoy exploring Kenya and its wildlife. The parks (Ambosseli, Lake Nukuru and Masai Mara) were clean, astonishing and we had a great time discovering and learing about all the animals.
Nevertheless we would never recommend a safari with Kennafrica Adventures again because of our experience.
First of all the provided guide wasn't well-suited for the job. He couldn't provide any information about the nature or wildlife - he just kept on repeating every information the driver had already given us. Even worse he was basically having a wonderful vacation on our expense - having us take pictures of him, joining in on every adventure and even sleeping during safari (his working hours). We even told him that it was bothering us but there seemed to be no self-reflection.
The booked tour (quote) and the actual tour were two different things, we added some comments in the quote, as you can see in the photos. The worst part was that the fifth day of safari fell completly out. Without further notice Kennafrica Adventures decided to cancel the planned game drive. Because of this we missed out on a whole lot of possibilities to get to know Kenya's wildlife and nature.
As we addressed this issue we felt that Kennafrica Adventures used petty excuses and basically didn't handle the situation at all to our satisfaction. There was no support from our guide - he just handed over the phone instead of dealing with the situation or coming up with a solution. After discussing the issue with the company's manager for about 2-3 hours in the evening we negotiated a refund ($125), nothing compared to the lifetime experience we were missing out on - up to today we are still waiting to get this money back.
On top of that we agreed to at least go to a Masai village on day five, which was according to the quote already included. Arriving there we had to pay an entrance fee ($40) - again no support from our guide. He just assured us that we will get this money back with our refund - as said before we are still waiting.
The manager now even blocked us on WhatsApp and won't answer our mails. We are highly consindering to take legal actions against Kennafrica Adventures.
The only reason we regret giving a one star rate is our driver, Mungai. He was an exceptional tour guide, who taught us a lot about the nature and its wildlife. We even learned some Swahili. He made this whole safari worthwhile. We would always come back to do a safari with him but never if it's operated by Kennafrica Adventures.

Best operator with best guide!
We met a very reliable and competent team with the best guides we have seen on our trip. The roads are difficult to navigate in the rainy season, but our guide are better than anyone at dealing with the complexities and even helping cars stuck in the mud. As for animals, he is familiar with all aspects of animal knowledge. Even drove us a long way to find a male lion. By the way, the biggest surprise was that we saw the Big Five! All in all it was an unforgettable Safari! What we want to say is that compared to how much you can experience, it is more important to meet a good team, a good guide!

Better speak to your manager at the camp , she was not very happy to serve us , the food no good
We have nothing to say about our guide PITA , he was excellent , he try hard to find animals in the safari to show us, he explain everything , I recommandent him , his the best. But about the camp , the ladies there were not very at there place to received tourists, always said , wait a minute…no smile, they laughed together, they said that the power is on at 6 to 10 , but it was not that. And the food , so bad for the price Jocky Tours charge us. We have the same night meal , 2 times, the beef was too hard in our mouth, you have to review your meals and the staff at the camp. We were 2 couples and my friends had a frog in his bathroom and ants in his mattress…

Incredible Kilimanjaro Trek!
We highly recommend Easy Travel for a Kilimanjaro trek especially the Machame route)! Ask for Musa and Charles and you'll have an amazing experience! Musa, Charles, and the rest of the team were extremely professional, very knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, and encouraging. They are all Dream Makers!
Enough good things cannot be said of Musa and Charles. They were always friendly and answered all sorts of questions. They were also very approachable and calming to talk about health concerns as they made it clear that the client's health is their #1 priority.
All 4 members of our group successfully summitted with lots of help from Musa, Charles, and the summit porters. Their energy and physical support were instrumental in our success.
One of the main reasons we picked Easy Travel is because they are part of KPAP. All of our porters had good, sturdy hiking boots (the same cannot be said of many other companies we saw). So this made us feel like we had made the right decision. The porters would regularly joke around, sing, and dance together so it appeared they were enjoying themselves. We loved seeing this because the porters are a vital part of the team who deserve to be treated with immense gratitude.
Booking with Easy Travel was very straightforward, Julieth sent all the info we needed via email and was prompt in answering our questions. Once we arrived, all the Easy Travel staff were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure our trip was exceptional!
Once again, we highly recommend Easy Travel for your Kilimanjaro trek, and make sure you ask for Musa and Charles!!

Perfect experience at a good price
We did Masai Mara safaris with Akoms Safaris and it turned out to be the best tour of my life. Joe our driver made the entire trip enjoyable and quite memorable. Indeed it was an amazing adventure thanks to Akoms Safaris team. I will definitely travel with you again.

Our guides were the true heroes of this adventure. Their extensive knowledge of the mountain's diverse ecosystems made the trek educational as well as exhilarating. Fantastic
Patricia, I wanted to touch base with you on my 4 day Safari. I felt the Viva Safari was fantastic, I was extremely pleased with how efficient and well planned the trip was operated. I was comfortable with my transportation from start to finish. The housing was great, including the meals and the staff was exceptional. The games drives were more than could be expected, I was excited on every trip out, the trackers were very informative and fun and safe. The game drives were just awesome we saw all Big 5 and then some.
In short I could not be more pleased with how this trip was operated. I will be booking again with you in the future and have already made some recommendations to friends who were interested.

The communication with Ramja Safaris was very easy, fast, and accommodating. All my questions and requests were processed immediately.
My tour guide Samuel was just awesome: he has a huge knowledge about Kenya and its wildlife, and further more he made me feel comfortable and safe at any time. Thanks to Samuel’s spontaneity and organizing skills I even had the possibility to add an additional horse excursion at the end of the trip.
The next time I am in Kenya, I will definitely book through Ramja Safaris again. Try to ask for Samuel as your tour guide, he has a very responsible approach to nature and it’s animals.
