friendly people, many animals and scenic beauty
best Safari we ever did with Topy Tours through Serengeti, Arusha, Ngorogoro and other parks. Icredible experience to sleep in a tent in the middle of Serengeti and watching Zebras next to our tent. All people, whom we met were very friendly and helpful, it was just amazing. The guide through the parks could answer all questions and we could see the BIG FIVE.
August was a good time to travel there as the weather was very nice, we had 25 to 29 degrees Celsius every day.

Perfect destination - so many different environments and microclimates, you get a bit of everything
My sister and I went to Kenya and Tanzania and both were amazing, but Tanzania was just something special. The food was incredible, the scenery, parks and animals were beyond what you'd expect, everything was seamless and worked out great, and then we capped it off with a few days in Zanzibar, which is a slice of heaven. The parks were sometimes a bit crowded but that kind of made it more fun. I've been in other parts of Africa with fewer tourists, and they were nice, but the volume of animals and just vastness of TZ's parks is really amazing. And mt kili too!

Once it's not enough
Ngorongoro is a very stunning place. Serengeti needs more than one day.
Lake Manyara is a good surprise.
And the Tarangire's Baobab worth the trip! Zanzibar can divide you...

Travelling in Tanzania is HORRIBLE
This was my second trip to Tanzania. I was there to watch the Great Migration. I was able to witness a small version of the migration in Northern Serengeti and was left with much to be desired. Tanzania charges an exorbitant amount for the visa and the taxes on tourists. However you get little to noting in return for the steep prices and cost of traveling in that county. The roads are a total disaster and guarantees total damage to your overall skeletal system specially your back. Where all the visa and tax money goes is beyond my comprehension. My driver told me that the roads are not paved since my country, the United States, asked the Tanzanian Government to keep things rustic. I have never heard such hogwash ever in my life. What interest would the US have in interfering with how Tanzania maintains or ignores its infra structure? I will never return to that country again. Besides Kilimanjaro and the animals there is nothing worth making the trip to expensive Tanzania.

Amazing country, amazing people
We spent unforgettable two weeks in Tanzania with mountain (Mt. Meru and Mt. Kilimanjaro, summited both) and safari (Serengeti and Ngorongoro) experiences. The people were unbelievably kind and friendly and always took care of us. We had almost perfect weather conditions and felt safe all the time.

Adventure of a Lifetime
Our visit to Tanzania was an Adventure of a Lifetime. Tanzania exceeded my expectations which were already high!
Serengeti was teaming with animals and I was amazed at how close you were to most of the animals. Our guide, Enoch from Unlimited Expeditions, made all the difference with his knowledge of the culture and animals including where to find them. The highlight for me was witnessing the Mara Crossing of the Great Migration.
Really appreciated that the weather was great with virtually zero insects to bother us.
I will be highly recommending safaris in Tanzania.
