Our 5 day safari was amazing, we had such a wonderful time visiting Tanzania, which was punctuated with a great guide. The wildlife was amazing from the moment we entered the park gates at Tarangire National Park. Lake Manyara was a bird watchers paradise, although I wouldn't classify ourselves as 'birders'. Our overnight stay in the Serengeti at the Osupuko Tented Camp was our favourite, in the middle of the wilderness. Some days the drives were long, the roads are dusty and bumpy, but the destination was always worth it. Would definitely recommend this trip to anyone and Semeji Safari were there throughout our planning stages answering any questions we had and accommodating our requests as best as they could.

My friend and I spent one unforgettable week with Abu from Longway Expedition in the central and north Serengeti last August. I was expecting a lot from this Safari and all my expectations were filled. Everyday has its own surprises and memorable moments. the landscapes were astonishing and the wildlife thriving. Abu made sure that we were the first on the go and the last back at the camp everyday to enjoy the most of our days. Abu is a very kind, interesting and knowledgeable person who has been trying very hard to give us unforgettable memories and we are grateful to him. Thanks to him we saw the migration, did a walking tour and enjoyed incredible views and moments on the vast plains of the Serengeti
I strongly recommend anyone willing to go on a safari to travel with Longway expedition. Ann will make sure to support you on your travel planning while you are abroad and reveals to be of great help. And for those of you who have enough time, they are also offering trips to the Lushoto area which is astonishingly beautiful.

It was a new experience to me to see the new World in the wilderness. The wildlife was amazing. We saw groups of wild animals such as Elephants in Tarangire, Tree climbing Lions in Manyara and Migrating Wilderbeests in Serengeti. our Guide Yusufu Kingule of Edstates Africa tours and travel, was so well experienced, freindly and versed with Flora and Fauna. Accomodation and food was Excellent at Kibo Palace Arusha Hotel. With that experience, feel missing the places we went and wish to go back in future

in september this year we visited masai mara safari in kenya and serengeti safari in tanzania.in masai mara we saw many many animals but in serengeti was sec and allmost no animals.we had been 6 persons 2 nights each park,in masai mara cost us the entrance and the hotel(very good lodge) 1300 us$ and the serengeti park cost us 3300 us$. we past trough ngorongoro park to arive arusha and we payed for the pass 600 us$.
i recomand ,if you go in september to visit safaries to avoied tanzania and stay more in masai mara park.
not only that there are only a few animals and alot of dust but also everybody want to cheat you. every 3-4 km policemen stop you and ask money,we ordered 3 rooms but in two places they told us that only 2 rooms were ordered and we had to pay again, so avoied to visit tanzania

I was overall really happy with my safari and definitely want to come back some day!
We had some fantastic cat sightings in the serengeti; some lovely elephant, giraffe, monkey action in Tarangire ( turned to be my favourite park from this trip (beautiful Baobab trees and wildlife!) as the migration at that time was not yet back in the part of serengeti where we were the big herds are not really there; you will still have great sightings but just take that into consideration what time of the year you go.
Weather was solid; accomodation was either tent or in a very pretty bungalow. Great food(!) & great guides. The only slight critique point i had was that you change the people in your car quite a bit, I had expected to be in the same group for the whole trip; maybe that was due to low season though.
From my experience I would increase my time in tarangire next time and maybe (if you have to choose and can´t do all the NP)- skip lake manyara NP as the others were a bit more exciting. This is a personal preference though.

We are just back from the most amazing safari holiday in Tanzania, organised by Rama at Hazina Afrika.
From my first contact with Rama everything was so easy to organise all I had to do was choose what I wanted and Rama sorted it, even down to beanbags to rest our large cameras on to get really great shots of the wildlife. We choose the 10 day dry season package and it was full on from the minute we arrived, I loved every minute of it.
Rama met us on the first morning which was great and explained everything to us. He also met us on our way home to see how we got on which I thought was really good.
We flew to the Northern Serengeti and met our driver/guide Amani at the airstrip. We started our first drive straight away and spent the next eight days out on drives while making our way back to Arusha with the best driver/guide, Amani. We saw everything I hoped to and more from a river crossing of the Wildebeest to a Cheetah killing a gazelle, and he also organised a

visit to a Masai village while we were there, which was one of the highlights of the trip. The accommodations were all great, I would highly recommend staying a few nights in the tented camps, it was a fantastic experience.
I would highly recommend using Hazina Afrika to organise a trip, Rama will make it very easy, all you have to do is turn up.
We had an amazing time, thanks to Rama for putting the trip together and to Amani who made sure we had such an amazing time.

This was my third visit to Africa and my third safari. While I would like to say that one safari is better than another, you really can’t! Each is so unique and adventurous and different that you get quite a different experience each time. For Tanzania, the wildlife is great. We were in Selous, so what you should know is that I highly recommend The Selous Serena Camp for accommodations. The tents were very comfortable and the food was incredible. The guides that we had (Noah and Khalid) were so knowledgeable. There are no air conditioning units, but for this time of year, the oscillating fans were enough. You should also know that you will do quite a bit of driving before getting to large game like lions, elephants, and giraffe. Please don’t miss the opportunity to do the river safari on the Rufigi. This was the only time on safari that I was able to see a leopard! Great views of hippo and crocks on the river. You launch from the other Serena property, the lodge, and lunch will again

be provided and amazing. September in Selous was dry and warm. The nights were cool. It’s a bit dusty. Zanzibar was quite the opposite! We stayed at the north of the island near Nungwi Village at La Gemma. Highly recommend this all inclusive resort. Beautiful white sand, sunsets, and the staff are so kind. We did several excursions and enjoyed all of them. My favorites were the Zanzibar cooking class with a local woman, the prison island tour, and a private sunset cruise. Please note that domestic flights in Tanzania are on tiny planes! If you have a fear of this, take your meds!! Tanzania is a beautiful country full of life, culture, kindness, and adventure. It’s a must do for any traveler!

My husband and I are a mature couple and we thoroughly enjoyed out trip to Africa. We knew roughly what we wanted to do but at first trying to organise it independently seemed a bit daunting. However I then read about Safaribookings website and from then on things fell into place.
I was able to organise a trip to see the mountain gorillas in Uganda with Bamboo Ecotours and they gave me good advice to fly into Kigali rather than Uganda.
The trip to see the gorillas was so exciting from the morning briefing to seeing the gorillas in their natural habitats and the issuing of certificates.
For the next leg of our journey we were on our own flying into Mount Kilimanjaro and doing some walking in the foothills before making our way to Arusha for a great safari to the Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. Again I booked this through Safaribookings and the company I choose Vimat Safaris could not have been more helpful. We had a fantastic 4 day trip seeing all the animals we could

wish for.
The safari company dropped us back to Mount Kilimanjaro airport and we flew to Zanzibar and enjoyed the last few days of our three week trip in Stone town but enjoyed excursions to the national park there and a lovely day boat trip. I fully recommend a trip to Rwanda, Uganda and Tanzania .
