INCREDIBLE HONEYMOON!! Amy & Josh✨
I don’t know where to start with this review! Just wow wow wow!!🥰❤️ Me and my husband Josh have been talking to Raymond since the beginning of 2025 to organise our honeymoon. Raymond was absolutely amazing at planning and putting it all together! It has been my dream since I was little to come and visit Africa and it did not dissapoint! I knew I loved the country and the culture but I love it even more now!🧡🇹🇿 Raymond planned and organised the BEST honeymoon we could ever wish for!! We had the best time!! We got married on the 1st August and we arrived in Tanzania on the 7th August, we knew from the start that we were in good hands. When we arrived at the airport we got the most amazing welcome with flowers and someone singing on the guitar! It was so special and we wasn’t expecting it! All our rooms at the accommodations we stayed in were beautifully decorated for us too and we loved every single place we stayed at!❤️🌹 I also have a peanut/nut allergy and Raymond made sure that everyone knew this and that I was catered for. I wish we knew all the names who we met in Tanzania that made our honeymoon special. Abdul was our safari guide for our 5 day safari and he was fantastic! He was very informative, respected the animals space, safe driver and we had a good laugh! He also made sure the jeep was well stocked and the lunches we had were amazing! We learnt a lot about the animals from what Abdul told us. On one evening on our way to our accommodation, Abdul heard on the radio that there was a leopard in the area, we turned back and he found the leopard! It was amazing! We also had some photographers capture our honeymoon which we didn’t expect either! This was amazing as we have some amazing photos to look back on!📷
We also went to Zanzibar for 5 days after our safari and Raymond also planned and organised this too, it was a whole package and it was all very well put together!❤️ The tours we went on were amazing! Everything on our honeymoon was private too, the safari, the tours in Zanzibar! It was just simply amazing and special. We also did not know that Raymond booked us in the seafront cottage at the Z hotel! This was the best surprise!😍
I can’t put into words how amazing Raymond is! He puts so much love and passion into making sure you have the best time! His communication was fantastic too and was always very responsive and he also always answered any questions we had!
I can’t put into words how amazing our honeymoon was, we were sad to come home!!

Spectacular
My best friend and I just got back from a 7 day safari that we booked through Lion King Safari, about 3 weeks before we landed in Tanzania. The entire experience from the booking to the departure at the airport at the conclusion of our safari was amazing. They were incredibly responsive during the booking process, with great recommendations and flexibility in making adjustments due to our schedule and timing of arrivals and departures. It is always scary to wire money across the globe but I felt reassured the whole time and everything was seamless. The tour itself was nothing short of spectacular and that in part was mostly due to our guide Stephen. He was FANTASTIC! He has been a guide from 26 years and it showed. I wanted to give him a special shoutout in recognition of the excellent service he provided. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, professional and his tracking skills are unmatched. That man could spot anything. He had the eyes of a hawk and because of his experience we were able to see the big 5, some of the little 5, special birds, and so many other things. He knew I was set on finding a leopard and he asked around, listened to the radio, sent a carrier pigeon (kidding) to the animals and we spotted 3 leopards the entire trip! He obviously couldn't control our sightings but he was committed and we got very lucky. Stephen's mood never faltered. He always had a smile, joke, or nugget of information to offer us. The lodges that they booked were clean, spacious, ecofriendly, had great food, excellent service and we felt well taken care of. The truck was clean, durable and everything you would expect to off road and see the wild. I highly recommend but Stephen and Lion King Safari

Our trip to Namibia gas been a wonderful experience. We had the possibility to see most of the best parts of the country, including beautiful and different landscapes and a lot of wild animals. Our guide Daniel did a great job, he's a very good person, funny and kind, we had a great time together. He's also really good in his work! Together with him, we spotted basically all the animals in Etosha and even the desert Elefant! Great job Daniel!
The vacation was well-organized by Lark Journeys, the lodges were in beautiful locations, the hospitality people cared about every details. Ann-Lee is a very kind person, available when you need her, during the trip she checked that everything was OK.

From the very start we had a very nice experience with Mountain Warriors. In preparation before the tour all our ideas and changes were well respected and incorporated. And once we arrived, everything worked flawlessly. All arrangements and timings worked nicely. And even last minute changes because of a sickness or a late change in flight plans where super well managed for us. Thanks a lot!
The safari tour itself was amazing. Innocent, our driver, was super friendly and very knowledgable and always very eager to show us the best possible places. We got to see so many great animals with him and had such a good time together. He always directed us well and knew what to do and was always patient as well. It was really a super nice experience over all!

We really had an unpleasant experience with this agency
In particular:
* Extra rooms booked: at every accommodation, an additional room was booked and paid for even though it was not necessary, resulting in an unjustified increase in the total price we paid.
* Downgrade at Saltlick: we had specifically requested to stay at Saltlick Lodge, but we were instead accommodated at Taita Hills, which is a lower-category and less expensive property than the one we had agreed upon.
* Night game drive: the night game drive was almost cancelled because the required payment to the park had not been made by your agency. We therefore risked missing an activity that was part of the agreed itinerary and paid by us in advance
* Morning game drives: the quotation clearly included a game drive every morning, but this activity was not provided on approximately 2 out of the 3 mornings planned.
* Lack of assistance: the assistance provided by agency throughout the trip was essentially non-existent. When these issues arose, we did not receive the support or assistance we would reasonably expect from the agency responsible for organizing our trip.
We believe that, taken together, these issues significantly affected our experience and that the services provided did not match what had been agreed and paid for.
We did not receive any response, nor an apology for the problems encountered, and, above all, an appropriate refund, taking into account both the services we paid for but did not receive and the differences between what was agreed and what was actually provided.

He made me feel very safe and well taken care of from start to finish.
The lodges and hotels he chose for us were absolutely luxurious and beautiful, with stunning views and wonderful cuisine. And the people in Kenya are simply amazing — incredibly warm, friendly, welcoming, and always smiling.
Our guide Eric is a highly experienced tracker with an exceptional knowledge of wildlife. He understands animal behaviour remarkably well and knew exactly how to maximize our safari experience while always showing great respect for the animals and their natural habitat.
He is also a very skilled driver and a genuinely friendly and open person.
He was happy to answer every question we had, and his knowledge of wildlife seems to have no limits!
Overall, an unforgettable experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better team to make our safari so special.
