Thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks in Zimbabwe, visited Victoria Falls and Hwange National Park. Started our vacation at the lovely Safari Club, wildlife outside our door, fabulous food and staff, service was exemplary. Flew to Hwange National Park, first stay was at Deteema Springs, this was absolutely the best place ever, the staff were wonderful, the wildlife sightings 5*, we had the most excellent time here. We then stayed at Ingwe Pan Camp, fantastic settings, staff again were wonderful, next stop was Mana River Camp, based on the Zambezi River Embankment, wildlife all around, great staff and service. Visited and stayed at Mana Pools, what a beautiful setting, we went when it was really dry so a little sad for the animals but can only imagine what it is like in the wet season! Everything was booked through Emma at Off2Africa Tours and we could not recommend her and her Company enough, everything was absolutely PERFECT! If you are ever looking for a tour company pick them!

Visiting Zimbabwe was one of the most memorable travel experiences of my life. The country’s natural beauty, warm hospitality, and incredible wildlife make it a truly unique destination. The wildlife viewing was absolutely breathtaking — I had unforgettable moments watching elephants, lions, and rhinos in their natural habitats, especially in Hwange National Park and Mana Pools. The game drives were well-organized and gave me a real sense of adventure and connection with nature. The scenery of Zimbabwe is simply stunning. From the mighty Victoria Falls, one of the world’s natural wonders, to the peaceful Matobo Hills and the vast savannah landscapes, every part of the country feels like a postcard come to life. The weather was pleasant during my stay — warm days, cool evenings, and clear skies that made outdoor activities even more enjoyable. As for accommodations, I stayed in a mix of lodges and safari camps. Each place offered comfort, excellent service, and delicious local food. The staff everywhere were welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay special.

A very well structured tour.

Zimbabwe has a lot to offer. While there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy wildlife, there is much more. Two highlights were Great Zimbabwe and the bushman rock paintings in Matopo.

Victoria Falls are fantastic.
Zambeze cruise is very nice
The Hwange Safari is very interesting.
But visitors must be aware that security is a real problem in Zimbabwe
